Someone else posted the same rubbish earlier today, totally irrelevant. I pay zero attention to people who get paid a salary to write news or 'advise' investors on what to do with their money.

Is Anna Golubova a trader, an investor or a sales person?

Why is she working for a pittance salary instead of following her own advice? Why ain't she trading her own cash an making her fortune with her superior knowledge???

I'm holding more than 1% of the issued share capital now, a bid RNS would be put some icing on my cake ;-)

Looking for a blue finish again. It does happen with AYM in the last few minutes as people grab a bargain.

If you can get the time frame limitation from the planning review in 2006, that would be useful. I thought there was normally a maximum of 10 years, but maybe that limitation was not in place in 2006. Anyway it will be outline approval. There is an enormous amount of work that needs to be done with the council planning department before a mine opens, they can't just open the mine without doing this work.

What is the extent of the mining lease, it mentions base metals at Parys Mt, but I thought AYM exploration extended beyond this area at depth. Also base metals are not Gold/Silver, do they have a lease for these. For Gold/Silver hey need to apply to the Crown Estate via the Crown Estate Mineral Agent, Wardell Armstrong.

But interesting from website..including planning comments.Property and land rightsFrom its formation in 1984, Anglesey Mining had a mining lease, dating from 1971, entitling it to mine base metals at Parys Mountain. In 1997 the company purchased the freehold of the land and the minerals on the western portion of Parys Mountain where its identified mineral resources are located. It then entered into a new lease for the land and minerals in the eastern half. In 2002 it surrendered this lease and in 2006 it signed a new lease over the same area on terms it considered to be more satisfactory. All the Parys base metal minerals are subject to a royalty, on much the same terms as the original lease, that is to say 6% of taxable profit attributable to base metals sold.Gold and silver are leased by the company from the Crown and a standard royalty is due on their extraction. This lease expired in 2019 and negotiations on a renewal continue.Planning permission for a 1,000 tonne per day mine was obtained in 1988, reviewed in 2006 and remains current. The local authority strongly supports the project because of the jobs it would provide in an area with high unemployment.

Dolaucothi is located at Pumpsaint near Lampeter in south Wales wherethe company holds a Crown mining lease for gold and silver covering11,000 acres. In the current financial climate, no funds are beingdirected towards the development of the Dolaucothi property.Different prospect ? that I'm not sure they still own .They own the freehold on Parys but unsure of the acreage.

land on Anglesey is fetching around £5,000 per Acre

we have about 11,000 Acres from memory

11,000 x £5,000 = £55,000,000

SO yep very undervalued.....
