Genius really, I wish I could get one of these gigs, Chase potential acquisitions whilst spending our remaining cash on salaries, don't find one in the time scale, delist, spend another 6 months spending the rest of the cash, then dissolution. Even if they found a company or an asset, would you trust them to monetise it? I'd rather just have what tiny amount of cash might be left and be done with it.

That explains why the board rejected the offer made by Ascent Resources.They just need another six months to drain the company and then leave.

Anyone with the same problem? My broker has put Amur on the sanctions list and trading is not possible. Only transfers out to another broker.
