I’m pleased to see that this one delivered. Congrats to those who held on / bought in recent months. I still hold as there’s quite a bit to go at with the dividend and the cash shell.

Putin would not have stopped at Ukraine. Moldova would have been next, followed by the baltic states, then Poland. Belarus is already his. He wants the old soviet empire back.

The standard of living is better in Russia compared to Ukraine.
I watched a yootube video of a russian supermarket, and all the free food tasters you can have there is enough to feed you a dinner.

After seeing how honest the Russians are after the Amur payout I have decieded to go pro Russian.

The sooner Russia win the war in Ukraine the better. It will make us all safe from a potential nuclear war.

Also Zelensky needs to be held accountable for all Russia's war crimes. As it is his fault for every single loss of life. When he could of just surrendered Ukraine for a better standard of living. Russia has even promised to pay residents living in all the annexed regions the same benefits they give to their Russian citizens.

...if one has dividend payment set-up to be reinvested within ones trading account, would this money be treated the same way, or paid straight out into linked bank account?

$35m is £29m less £25m (special dividend 1.8p) = £4m plus we should have +£3m in bank and no debt so new NAV will be £7m odd but share price could be even better circa 0.7p to 0.8p (conservatively) so new figures.....so you can buy today @1.7p get the 1.8p all being well and be left with share price at 0.5p with £7m in a cash shell.....so looks like at least 50% profit within say 92days which is £5,000 up on an investment of £10k....and could be more?

.....Can't see a downside unless the money can't come with the sanctions......but I'm sure they've checked that one out...and I was with TSG and our same buyer is aok!

Please pick holes in my rational otherwise I might invest too much!

Will the BOD still be getting full salaries once we are cash shell? No staff, then no opportunities but paying them in full to search for opportunities and running down our cash feels like a bit of a blank cheque. Good effort to get the money out of Russia in the current climate though.

Hi People, Patio and others who have held strong (WD).

Been away from these boards for the last 3 years aside for those occasional head pops. I hope y'all well and living/enjoying life. too many toxic people on the boards and I needed to focus on other project. Crypto has been good to me.

Right, little confession. I've dumped 75% slowly this morning.

About to start a construction project so this bonus couldn't have come at a better time tbh. Thank you RY. Holding on to the 25% with the hope the BOD pull a fluffy animal out of the boater!

Take care y'all and good luck

Still has to be approved by shareholders. Given past experiences I wonder how much info we would be given about any proposition given the massive leaps of faith we have previously been expected to swallow with no evidence and some very dodgy timelines set by the BOD.

Think they will still have all that cash when they are wound up? Cannot see shareholders agreeing to any suggestion this BOD comes up with for acquisitions. I would be delighted if they proved me wrong for once. I am just going on experience here.

Looks like a definite yes to your thoughts. Quite a few dodgy large buys sub 1p over the past few days. Someone's mates made a bit extra.
