HSBC stated on the phone yesterday to me that everyone will get them at the same time when they receive and check the monies are correct and that they don’t hold customers monies! Well check again at 9am.

I have met Andy Bell twice....he's big into dividend plays and flying light airplanes...he's a nice guy and a good businessman. his shares in AJB are probably worth £300m odd....perhaps he is now a £billionaire. It's disappointing to see that AJB is not further up the pecking order and I await my AMC divvy....no biggy worry just saying ...lol!

If I didn't own AMC....I'd be buying...but as I do and indeed own sevenfold ex div.....v div related shares....I am very happy to hold .......I expect to be surprised with the effect on the share price with RTO news.....hopefully elated and not gutted....we will see.....my bet is reflecting what I hope to see!

Brokers vary a lot, and one broker can vary from time to time too. From reading these boards I have the impression that Barclays is by some way the worst. From my experience, IG share dealing are usually very good, though even they occasionally slip up.

Just phoned HSBC. Ive just been told the payment could take up to 10 working days to hit my account, and they dont have any more information than that, just keep checking account. They appeared abit vague i must say. Grr.
