Couple of sells gone through. Looks like some aren't taking the chance. We'll know in a couple of hours if it's a yes or no vote.

Some selling because a lot can happen in 90 days (macro picture?).....a bird in the hand etc./many taking good profits...but many intend to return between now and 90days....so the share price will appreciate...1. when the profit taking clears...and 2. when they return in a few weeks or so ....3. when the 1.8p get's paid.....4. when we buy a new asset...

buys seem to outway sells 54/46...approx

....The small risk of share price deflation meanwhile would only occur on a "macro" picture change.....perhaps stockmarket collapse...or all out War with Russia/ China and maybe some other Shangai Co-op Members...who knows...but only 5% risk in the next 4 months???

but I see 95% success otherwise....so all to play for!

I agree that many of those who voted no last time will abstain or vote yes this time. It was mostly a protest vote against a ridiculous offer of waiting 10 years for our full payment, this time it's three months. I'd be happier if it was two weeks. Yes it's disappointing compared to what we all dreamed of for the past 10 years but right now I think most will accept this offer.

nickel projects are strategic and the russian anti monopoly board will not allow project to be sold to foreign entity.

I'm saying that it will be politically acceptable for China to be seen to invest within 2 years. Don't forget Amur is not registered as a British or American company.

Amur have roughly 5M in the bank. The mining licence requirements should be straightforward to address with likely costs of circa 0.5M. There are no licence or cash issues for next 2 years. A lot can change in 2 years.

Every year the board hav to be reelected, good chance to vote em out as no large investors holdin above 3%.Its inevitable we hav to let it go.

Remember this has been up for sale well before the war started.Management hav said no other offers received nor will they if this is rejected. The future in russia is unknown, cut your losses and move on. We are approachin a recession and this can kill the company.Remember there will be license requirements they wont be able to sit on it for years hoping another offer comes.

I wouldn't bet on that nfvda, I have been here years with a sizable holding. I have had enough and will be voting YES. I will also be voting the board out at the earliest opportunity with whatever is left, unless they pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat!

You are forgetting China. China is where a better offer will come from. They just can't right now. Note to traders...this share looks like a near guaranteed 40% profit from these levels...please don't be fooled. There are a lot of long term holders who don't post on forums much but who hold most of the shares. Most of them will be voting no. The very vocal « take the deal » crowd are mostly short term traders who don't have the fire power to vote this through.

Lol, look at all rhetoric, nato say there wont be peace until russia withdraw fully from ukraine, that isnt going to happen. The west stole 250 billion dollars of russia foreign reserves Russia could easily take all western assets in russia. With most oligarch and banks sanctioned more offers are not coming. When russia shuts the taps in winter bigger problems will occur so its best to take money and walk away.
