and to add to that....if this offer was made in any other jurisdiction...other than Russia.....our share price would already be at 2p - 2.2p

When we get the vote over and done with.....I expect the share price to go to 1.9p....and after the 1.8p is paid out...there will be an RNS showing what £ remain as firepower to buy an asset or merge etc. The new share price will be born at that point e.g 0.5p?


I strongly expect the deal to be honoured so with the share price @ 1.28? to buy Monday.......what a gift? Make your on mind up.....no guarantees in this life...just death of body!

A lot of distressed assets out there which have lost 90% of their value over the past year. maybe they'll find a bargain. Just stay away from russia ffs.

BwanaWhen 1.8p per share divi will be paid they will still have 0.6p a share in cash in bank.Listed company can buý good greenfield project.

Look guys stop dreaming !! You will get the 1.8P and that's about it !!Doubling your money et.etc is a dream !! The money that is already there,in the bank,you won't see much of it if any ! RY will continue to get his wages and so will the rest of the BoD. Invest that money in what ? Look for opportunity else where ! Where??
The guy has a good paying job and he ain't giving it up anytime soon AIMHO of course.
I have taken a big hit with this share over £60+K but hey ho , I am still alive and living my life !!
ATB and live for today and you never know what tomorrow holds in store for you.

some of you may decide to say no and take a punt on a better offer coming in.

Indeed I understand and perhaps there is indeed another offer coming for you.....but you have to action it..!

Take the 1.8p....then sell the 0.6p....or wait to see the new asset and sell at say 1p? (if you don't like it.)......buy whatever new share in whatever company you wish.....it could do really well for you......Two of mine ALL + PXC I hope for x10 Multibaggers and I've been in some that have mulibagged by x hundreds......these opportunities are out there...DYOR.

Alternatively say no....and if the vote overall is no....then we lose the lot and have nothing left for a newstart if so desired that could lead to prosperity......I have lost 100% on many companies....and done so well on others...I have watched my porfolio of 30 shares....lose 90% between 2012 and 2017...losing 100s of thousands.....and I'm like the phoenix and rising back.... about half way now! You got to keep on fighting....or it's just a sad story to tell for the rest of your lives....over half a pint or a tinny....GLA

Is there some easy money to be made here or is more complicated. How will the special dividend be payed out when other Russian operating companies have had to cancel theirs as they can not send money to shareholders in what is known as unfriendly countries.

Easy Path here to more than DOUBLE your investment.....Each to their own but with the £29m and perhaps £4m already in the bank.....£33m in cash gives us a NAV of £33m...which is equivalent to 2.37p per share....which is 190% of where we are today

If we pay out the £25m ....(1.8p per share)......we will be left with a NAV of £8m or therabouts.....which is worth nearly o.6p per share.......A new project with a plan could easily put our market cap back to £15m or more!....which is 1p + per share

...which is more than the .68p we were in July etc. and we'll have had the 1.8p.....in our pockets besides (44% uplift from now)

so it looks like we can easily double+ our money from new purchases of AMC today or close the gap by averaging down!

There is no sensible alternative than to accept the deal....we can only look at where we are today...and forgive past mistakes/intentions/guidance.....this acceptance will make us money from where we are now.......DOUBLE+...what you have NOW!

Well done Robin-price once 41p a share and now wants a pat on the back for selling us for just over 2p!
In two minds whether to accept or reject -Unjustifiied invasion of Ukraine can’t last forever (sorry special military operation) and neither can Putin but logical side says take the money,reinvest elsewhere and hopefully recover some of the loss!

This includes a sale to non-Russian entities or to the ever increasing list of Russian sanctioned mining companies, funding institutions and banks. The majority of international resource associated entities within Russia have or are also withdrawing from Russian activities and operations.

The Company does not foresee that another offer to purchase Kun-Manie would be forthcoming in the event that the current offer is rejected."

No more offers, no western company willing to buy, what if the remaining cash is burned, will it be like POG?

Neo,I am not bothered much at all. I never trusted Ry and I still don't.
I wonder what the brown envelope contained !! From an offer of$105ml to $35ml !! Well it is better than nothing. I would need a 2 bagger share to get my money back.
So yes it is better than nothing.

Well Neo,it has been stolen and that is what I feel. A lot of long term holders have been kicked down by the RAT RY. My average is quite low as I hold far too many shares. Let time answer our questions.
Well at least we will get some ting back !
