It they need extra shares to secure a copper off take / streaming agreement then give it to them. That is what they said they would do. Just as recently as late last year they were telling investors that is what they would do. Let's not jeopardise this project by voting no in the EGM.He constantly used the words 'we will achieve etc'. It was very positive. Not once did he say 'if we can'.They said they would....- Achieve their TEO in December (haven't missed any steps yet)- we would secure an off take for copper and other by products (in process)- we would time the mine to come into production to coincide with a huge nickel deficit/shortage (looks a near certainty)This made me realise that there is no point worrying about current share price apart from counting your lucky stars you got in at this current ridiculous low share price One worry I had was the mine being in Russia and possible underhand tactics to take this away from them. He was very positive about the Russian government and I was impressed with the incentives and tax reliefs they offered mining companies. He referred to the location and jurisdiction of the mine as 'perfect'. Mining country right beside the huge Asian markets.

Thank you Mr Skint. There's plenty of interest in companies like AMC in the battery sector, from mining through to cell and battery makers to the automotive OEMs. I think we are highly likely to see greater integration and localisation of supply chains (in the chemicals sector this is definitely happening, accelerated by Covid-19 which has revealed weaknesses in many company strategies), and I would like to see AMC develop into a portfolio company.

Decent trading today. Could you imagine the trading all next week if they give us at least a little glimpse of what they want us to green light next week regards new shares and potential future strategic business moves to ensure the long term success of the company and project with (most importantly) big rewards for shareholders. I trust that they will do the right thing but another positive more informative RNS Monday would bring everyone along together behind the company and plan. We all want end game success.

Your post number 4576, is also on point, I'm not against the concept of more shares, more to do with the lack of information from the company and serious concerns over how they will be used, given recent history.

Samd12: well posted...my reaction to the EGM request for increasing the share limit was initially to think that a European or Scandinavian acquisition could be on the cards. The reasoning is that sustainability requirements will be increasingly important and mandated for European EV production which will favour local supply chains. There are a couple of obvious targets for AMC in Finland to give them a European market footprint. Supporting an acquisition would be a sensible thing for shareholders to do in my opinion, as the European EV market is set to grow massively and we may need a local presence to be part of it.

Let's hope we get some news before the EGM. With them needing 75% of the vote for a pass I assume they will do all they can to get backing and at this moment there are many people on the fence. Surely they have to do something to make the vote a certainty in their favour, given the huge stakes for them and all large shareholders. I have faith in the project and it's fundamentals. Let's hope the BOD does what is right for them and fellow shareholders.

You can keep posting as many of my posts as you want, it doesn't bother me I stand by them. . I totally understand how everyone is feeling. At no point have I said I don't. But if I was going into this vote without the feeling that something had changed I would be voting against it..The request for 500m shares is extremely clear and unlike any of the previous shareholder requests..I therefore believe that if the shares are used for any other purpose between now and the November AGM the reprocussions would be immense

I have one ID across all the platforms and have always been 100% honest with my posting and how I felt at the time.Like everyone else I don't like the share price being down here or being diluted at what is an unreasonable price, the difference is that I have been able to take advantage of buying a lot at this price and you haven't. So stop your whining. . Everybody involved in AMC will have had not again feelings when it comes to dilution. I personally fought extremely hard across the boards to terminate the Crede deal, a deal that would have destroyed the company..It is quite simple, if they had asked for 500m shares for working capital, I would have voted against, that is not what they are asking for it for

There are so many quotes I could produce from you over there which makes it clear but I'll just post one which sums them up, and how I thought you may have understood how I, and many others, are feeling given you said:I have been guilty before in finding the positive in AMC's actions but have always been let down when the reality kicks in.I am not sure what you know that we don't that allows you to dismiss the objections you yourself raised so recently against the BOD.
