Hi Mr Skint,.I actually gave a reply to you some thought, then I checked your profile and see that you are only following QQR and CMB, obviously one of his multiple personalities

Mr Skint,. I am not quite sure what your point is with reference to my LSE post, of course long term holders are going to be unhappy with dilution at this level. When do holders ever like dilution. That is the risk with non income generating companies such as aim..As to your use of gross financial mismanagement, I couldn't disagree more strongly. There are 200 plus companies on aim and at any time 200 plus companies are looking for funds. Sometimes you have to take the funds when they are available because they might not be later. Let's say the share price was 10p in November, there is no guarantee that they could raise funds and just 1 month before the TEO would be incredibly risky..Further to this, AMC now have the cash to enable acceleration of the works should there be any concern that the December TEO might not be met and that an extension not granted..Furthermore, if Adam is about to be talking to people about securing an offtake agreement then he's going to look pretty silly without even having the funds in place to complete the TEO. Bearing in mind the TEO is necessary to start any exploitation of the resource..In my opinion the fund raise was absolutely the correct thing to do. It was prudent and helps mitigate the biggest risk to shareholders since granting of the licence, securing the TEO..Would I like it to have occurred at a much higher price, of course. But if we don't get that TEO, we are worth nothing.

If your interested in short term gains then I am not sure this is the share for you. Let the share price to what it has to do until the last quarter of this year......that is when the boards decisions regards release of new positive info will be very important. I can understand your frustration if your a LTH and locked in at a higher price and waiting until it gets to an acceptable price for you to bail out. I believe LTH's will get their chance over the coming months. I personally holding tight until December.

Mr CT. You posted this,
"The recent placing was not required so close to the last. They do not need the additional 500k until around October.
.
I believe that the reason for doing the placing now was to clear a path for the good news and lock in the cash for completing the TEO."
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I must disagree, if what you say is correct, then your second sentence is at odds with your first sentence.
If we have a clear path for good news, that should improve the share price and funded until October, then why do a placing at this bottom level ? We should release some of this news to lift the share price and mitigate the dilution, thereby acting in the best interest of shareholders, which this clearly does NOT.

What you have highlighted, if true, smacks of gross financial mismanagement and/or potential corruption. If I agreed with you, then we would both be wrong.
On your assumptions it really is reckless at best.

No attempt is being made to protect shareholders interests against dilution.

You even stated this on the LSE board,
"All long term holders will be smarting at this" to which I agree.

What on earth are you on about now QQR, .Back in 2014 and 2015 during licence approval we were aware that the ownership structure was required. It was given and the licence was approved. We discussed this back at the time on the old iii boards (way before your time) .You can request to see the register of members from the company, but when shares are held in a nominee account, the register should show the name of the nominee company rather than the name of the underlying beneficial owner. There is a requirement for AMC to update this every 6 months on their website for the over 3%, but they do it every month. .Its got nothing to do with blind faith, but does require a wider view of what has been accomplished rather than just the current share price. AMC is debt free (look what happened to Xcite, Gulf Keystone, Sirius), has the biggest undeveloped Nickel Sulphate deposit in the world, has 100% mining rights, as an exploration company has survived a huge nickel downturn, has survived tough Western sanctions over the past 6 years, raised cash through a global pandemic. . To call the management incompetent is your emotion of the share price rather than what they are accomplishing and where we sit on the life cycle of a mine

Really strange thinking, we should not bother, not ask questions and not raise concerns because a few ppl got faith that everything will be ok despite years of incompetence, years of failure and collapsing investments...but its ok because some got faith and some pretend to be long term investors...dear oh dear...Question to robin young - Russian government raised concern regarding who are the founders of Amur Minerals because the company was not providing this info at the time applying for the licence. Russian Vice Premier at the time was on a case, ( this was never officially announced by amc, had to dig this out myself a few days ago ), to receive a license to work with state importance assets the company must be fully transparent and only after all the above amc provided the required information, Robin Young, can you provide this info to us too? If not why not?

That has been the scenario for years, at some point it will change. I personally think we are at that juncture now and we will see good volume, a climbing share price and good news flow.
.
The alternative is that they have to come to share holders in 7 months time and ask for a share consolidation or changing the articles, an undertaking that is likely to fail if things haven't improved dramatically

Hi Crazy, surely if it’s good news it’d speak for itself, share price would go up and then we’d seek The 500k to get to TEO. I’m concerned that the share price on two occasions has been rising and bang we’ve had dilution to bring it back down. Although I hope you’re right I can’t see it and think there’s more going on to keep the price low. Something doesn’t seem to add up obviously in my opinion!

The recent placing was not required so close to the last. They do not need the additional 500k until around October..I believe that the reason for doing the placing now was to clear a path for the good news and lock in the cash for completing the TEO. .What has been hanging over the share price for years is the threat of more dilution and the view that you'll be able to buy in cheaper. Well, as things stand AMC can't issue any further shares as they have pretty much reached their limit of 1bn..Being financially secure to complete the TEO and with Adam on board soon to be armed with the bulk sample / copper concentrate results, I believe this will be the last time shares will be coming to the market

Good post Crazytowner.....if you are going to drop bad news do it at the bottom and get it out of road. LTH's obviously dislike momentum being rocked by constant bad news and placings but with the cash accumulated recently, further bad news should be very limited if any. Given all the points highlighted by Crazytowner, let's have some good news and build up some steam with with share price up to December.

I sincerely hope you're right, not least because it means we'll all benefit. I've had my last top-up until we have solid news, basically because I've lost trust in them. I'll continue to hold for all the reasons you've mentioned, on the principle that even this lot can't mess up the fundamentals of what we have in the ground, but if key elements of the TAO are not released in advance of any investor presentation in Nov this year, I fear the meeting will be explosive. Have a good weekend

Even when you think the next news will be positive, they can always surprise us with more bad news. This is one take away i have learnt from being invested here for so long.

Hiya Inaminute, I'm going to jump in if you dont mind..CASHI suspect AMC currently has about 1m in the bank. We know that the big salaries are not being drawn, with the CEO and CFO electing to take shares instead. We also know that the big testing works would have been paid for upfront.AMC is therefore in an incredibly strong financial position..BULK SAMPLEThis has been away for testing for a while now, so the results must be extremely close. The viability of a seperate copper concentrate will be very valuable..ADAMHe has been brought in for particular purposes, at the appropriate time. He's not come in to sit around for 12 months and I believe will have been lining things up ready to have the bulk sample / concentrate in hand..TOMHe has put a lot of his own cash in, he is exactly the person we need, proven in Russia, the mining world and selling a discovery. He is also the perfect person to work on a shared smelter with the other Amur Minerals..THE TEOI remain confident that they will still have this done for the December deadline.I would also expect them to apply and obtain an extension as a precautionary measure. The relationship with the Russian authorities has been strong for a long time with the whole world making changes and allowances for the the pandemic effects..NICKEL AND EV / BATTERIESThe outlook remains promising with majors beginning to take positions . NPVCirca 1bn has been declared by the BOD in the Feb19 PFS. Throwing in a shared smelter, increasing input to 10m tonnes per year, the 2018 results and a forecast Nickel price of 10 $/lb, my calcs put this closer to 4bn.This excludes the fact that the limits of Kun Manie have not been reached. Also, let's not forget the areas handed back to the government where surface testing which I think RY knows are very promising. . With all of the bad news out of the way, I am continuing to add for what I think will be a transformational year

They are required to release news to the market as and when they obtain it. They are playing a strange game not releasing information they obviously have at the moment but they should release info up to the TEO.
This being due in only six months we should see quite a bit of news over this period (if they do as they should)

Hughez87,The TEO isn't due until Dec, what makes you think we have exciting weeks ahead, as opposed to months of continued radio silence? That's a genuine question, from someone who has been expecting excitement for a while! Ps if you say drill results.....
