Induna, as you so strongly disagree with me, you believe that the reasons given for amending the articles of association by the board of directors is a lie as they are extremely specific and make no mention of progressing TEO works or ongoing working capital. . You must also believe that they will utilise the shares gotten from the lie within the next 5 months, as at this point shareholders can recind the authority at the AGM. . This obviously implies that Adam has made no progress this last 6 months, and that nobody is interested in our copper concentrate and doing a deal for it. .That you prefer to leave the company dead in the water with no ability to raise cash. . I will be voting a BIG YES for this:"The Board therefore wishes to seek shareholder approval for the authorities set out in the Notice of General Meeting, in order to move quickly to completion when any proposed merger, acquisition or investment is agreed and be in a position to utilise share authorities", Just because we don't know what mergers, Aquisitions or investments are presenting themselves to AMC, doesn't mean they are not there.

Crazytower, I completely disagree. It's pretty obvious to me they needed a "hook" to justify asking shareholders to act like turkeys voting for christmas by increasingthe ability to issue shares from 1 billion to 2.

Ask yourself, why now? Is it a coincidence that the current shares in issue are 968m nearing their 1 billion limit and that it would be impossible for them to raise any capital from our pockets as per usual.

You can call me cynical but if they get this passed don't be surprised to see an RNS within the next four to six months about another placing to "complete the TEO" or some other unforseen event that needs our pockets tapped yet again.

Meanwhile all will go mysteriously quiet on the acquisition front. You watch.

Inaminute,You have been in this share for a while, how did you see the end game playing out? A JV, A merger, an offtake, AMC having a free carry to production?. So we have an RNS that basically says they need the shares for the above purposes and people are complaining. Were you expecting a share price of 95p then a take over offer of a pound?. The investors saying they don't trust the BOD, it's rubbish, they are still in the share because they believe the BOD can provide a larger return than they can find elsewhere.. A Yes to all resolutions from me

If they have any sense they will realise they have to provide more details, unless they can be sure they have already secured sufficient votes to pass this.

Slow day today.....let's hope for some more good news. Given how quick they releases the RNS regards potential mergers, joint ventures following the good news regards the copper I would not be surprised that we get another one soon enough.I think people have lost the true message of the last RNS and concentrated on the 'new shares' item too much. Not surprising given the long history of this. Hope Adam has been hard at work and is itching to show off the fruits of his labour. I think they will want to offer further reassurance of progress to shareholders who are worried about the potential of further dilution. Fingers crossed.

I think a BOD totally aligned with shareholders wouldn't have had the cheek to allot themselves options at 1.75p. I think we will all be considering the pros and cons of voting for this, my gratitude to the BOD will not enter the equation.

Mad, I told you why I feel aligned to the BOD, if you don't agree that's fine. Their remit has been to keep the company going and create value. They have kept it going, sure up the resource and de risk the project, I now believe that the value add and exit will start to materialise If you think the current market cap represents what we would sell a stake at then I can't disagree more strongly.

Why would Jinchuan buy 25% of us for 200m when our market cap is a fraction of that?Am not sure I see any examples of the directors interests being aligned with shareholders, in fact on the contrary, they ride slipshod and cannot be trusted.I hold, ive held for years and unfortunately missed the 44p exit, but hey ho that's life.

Because we are are still here whilst many other nickel explorers aren't and producers have been mothballing or using all of their high grades.Because I'm not letting the share price lead my emotions as to what may occur next..Most importantly, for the CEO and CFO to not be drawing salaries since early last year gives me huge confidence that our interests are aligned..We've all been waiting for a change to occur, in my opinion, Tom on board, Adam involved and the specific statement around why they are asking is it..Anybody getting involved will be based on the asset value and not the current share price.Would you want to be out if they say sold a 25% share to Jinchuan for 200m, or secured some kind of streaming or off take agreement.

Not sure, what to make of the increase in the shares. The BOD have not been honest and have not been communicating with PIs. There is a 50/50 chance, fingers crossed!!

I can't see the proxy form, can someone please post the link? thanks

One final thing worth considering.... Although probably a bit too optimistic .Maybe a Merger, Aquisition or Investment will be announced prior to the meeting and be subject to the resolutions passing..Things are being hurried in my opinion. Game on

Amur announced yesterday....'The ability to generate a separate copper concentrate should materially and substantially impact the economic potential of the project with the recovery of additional revenues related to the payable portion of 9,182 tonnes of copper per annum.'Will Chinese companies now be looking at Amur's copper.......given the geopolitical location of our mine.Judging by this and other articles the demand is huge....China's stimulus will not stop metal demand falling https://on.ft.com/3ctGDZx 'The commodity industry has fond memories of the mega stimulus unleashed by China after the 2008 financial crisis. That was delivered mainly in the form of direct government spending on infrastructure. It drove a sharp recovery in commodity demand, generating a multi-decade peak in commodity prices that boosted mining sector profitability''The new stimulus measures will increase demand for raw materials in key sectors such as construction and transport. However, it will not be as steel-intensive as previous packages with COPPER likely to benefit the most from the new infrastructure spend'

I suggest people read the RNS again and ask themselves what they think the end game is that they have been holding and accumulating for..Ask themselves why the company cleared the debt, raised the cash early, engaged Adam and cleared a space on the board. .What is going to start companies moving for us, the fear that somebody else will get in first..Its not about the Share Price and PIs anymore.I will be voting a strong yes for the EGM resolutions..A final recommendation, read that RNS one more time

Yes may be the case buddy...I don't know to believe them or not...it may be a genuine ( finally ) development of things but how do we know??? If someone lied once, then again and again, and again, then who on this earth will believe...What Tom Bowens doing??? He's now been long enough but haven't heard anything since his appointment...is he just another waist of money and time...??? Why this urgency now? They have enough money to finish dfs and after it should be Adam Habib's job to finish his job and get offtake agreements. So why is this urgency now??? I do want to believe there is a genuine reason such as 50/50 or investment for X amount of shares, but...........................But from today rns you can also understand that they want to have 1b shares in a pocket just incase someone will approach them with some sort of the offer etc in a future...Fact is they MUST explain more details what they are doing!

That struck me as well QQR, at a normal EGM no question would be barred and an answer would be given saying it’s subject to legal blah blah. This is just a way to get away with not answering the raft of questions they’ll no doubt get
