For the next few months how about the BOD focusing on what we have been told is the game changer, the TAO, to ensure it is delivered on time. Just a thought.

We should all email to ask for more details of what they are looking at present.

If there was any trust left in the BOD then this might be good news. As it is, after months of radio silence about drilling results etc etc we get a sweetener about copper that is 'quite encouraging' and then this.

What we need is more clarification from BOD than just general merger and investment line. They should tell shareholder what exactly they are looking at so we could grant these resolutions. AMC dont have any income stream to rely upon. They have to issue share to attract investment but we need bit more specifics.

Incredible to think people will get sucked into this, Young needs to sell the asset for the best price divi it up among holders before he dilutes it to oblivion.

Yeah, cause they wanna get this passed quickly and quietly. "Tell em it's for potential mergers, acquisitions and investments, that'll make em agree to it, they'll believe that".

I believe the minimum number is 30, but maybe someone can scroll the articles. But RY has made provision to decide who the 30 people are by the looks. Salisbury...... is that humour? If you attend and vote the wrong way be warned

Well folks, to block this requires attendance at EGM..... which they are controlling.....The General Meeting will be kept as concise and efficient as possible and physical attendance will be limited to the minimum number of persons to ensure the meeting is quorate and to conduct the business of the meeting.

It would make 50/50 or am I missing something? Surely someone must be confident to take 1b shares to fund 700-800m project???

Not sure what is so predictable. As posted on LSE, the late trade ties in with the number of shares issued. 2,619,048 trade, 47,619,048 issued.Previously we have seen such a trade mark the end of the placing and the share price begin to recover. . The 27.5m was obviously tied up with the placing and I believe was a pre arranged sale to strong hands. Of the remaining 18m, they could quite easily have been rinsed through or held. . You think it's just beginning, I think it's all over
