Be good if that's the case. It just didn't sound like it on the proactive interview from what I heard.

Thanks, S0lis.
A kind of framework which rules out any back room shenanigans?

Peawacks

My interpretation of "tensioning" is best explained by an example. If RY were to agree an offtake finance deal, whereby a company agrees to buy nickel once in production against loans now for financing the plant; sounds good, but the terms he has agreed may not be to the liking of the next in line to buy the copper, or the bankers who feel that too much security has been given to the nickel offtake financier.

To avoid this, it is better to get one multi party deal where everyone is in agreement at the same time. Everyone asks for what they want and the others either pull in or let out their requirements - hence "tensioning".

Listening to the podcast, I thought RY upbeat with most items raised, these are some key points I noted.

1. Asked directly for PFS date - he did not give one - we have a media week in September but no date has not been fixed for that as yet - I gather from that comment the PFS is not quite there, but September it is ????

2. All major drilling will soon be completed - only minor stuff in 2019.

3. Plenty of interest from institutions .

4. RY is very happy with AMC`s financial position at this time.

5. Road update later this year, looking at UK funding for that.

6. Asked about the Directors share purchase scheme - it may not needed next year !!

Well that is my take and interpretations - IMOP good and upbeat interview............

Yes Mad, but I think they are going to be liquid battery banks.Very long life for Vanadium Batteries. East Anglia has just done a deal with REDT for their batteries.
I bought into them quite a while back. Not a tip. DYOR etc. This world of ours has to change, solid state batteries have shorter life of 7/8 years. Where as Vanadium Batteries last for 20+ years and just need the liquid cleaning and they hold the charge again,so a very long life.
The technology was bought from NASA by Camco Clean Energy. This kind of Battery was first used in the Appolo Missions,Camco name was changed to REDT.
Then again WDIK. :o)

Yes, he seems to dodge the question but then talks about the media session on a date he wont confirm in September. Did he mean the PFS is out then or was he trying to lead people to think that might be the case. He was being a bit slippery i thought. At the end of the interview he did not mention it as something to expect this year, but of course this could just have been poor communication

I also felt the same Mad. Maybe not this year. No rush for it but it has to be a very good PFS. No one knows where this will end up. Jinchuan would want to have a very good look at it IMO.Patience needed here.

Yes nothing new Peawacks. Was I right in my hearing..... does not sound like a PFS this year?As we all know this is a highly complex, and hopefully lucrative, project, so I would not want RY to over simplify things. That said he needs to answer questions more succinctly.

Not really new, but some interesting fill-in material. On the director share buying scheme- it was designed to suit the lowest contributor to make it 'fair'. The amounts can be increased but this may not be needed. ??
RY says he wants more shares but is being shown sensitive info on a daily basis !
He lost me on the 'tensioning ' required by the banks and other financial institutions, but he is happy to let them have their 'whack' for a couple of years while we wait for our own smelter. High level strategies and stratagems !!
