This is from the accounts..

As at the date of reporting US$0.80 million of principal and US$0.02 million of accrued interest have been converted for 14,071,436 new ordinary shares.

Looks a little different to your calculations don't you think?

nol - Since the 01st April AMC have issued 16.4mln new shares to cover Interest payments, fees and a small amount of loan capital repayment.

Almost any expenditure that AMC make they pay for in issuing new shares.

At the moment AMC are trying to draw down a further $4mln from their $10mln loan facility which will incur monthly interest to be payable in newly issued shares and the capital will also be paid for in newly issued shares.

Could you show your workings of how you calculated that because as far as I can see you are totally incorrect.

Jack - AMC already have up to a $10mln drawn down loan with the the capital repayment and interest to be paid in shares.

At the current share price the interest payment alone means around 5mln new shares being issued each month.

Another factor is that volume is too low for these convertible loan arrangements. The door stop lenders will be fully aware and reluctant to swap funds for huge numbers of shares in an illiquid market.

Something's gotta give soon imo

Logan the problem with that analysis is that you are assuming no other type of financing other than share issuance will be available and also that shares will definitely be issued at this lowly Mcap.

You might be correct but it's a hell of an assumption.....

Logan, I don't think AMC will be around in 3 years time. It will be bought out.
o/T.
In the mean time look up FFX. I have been holding that for a while or AAZ. I could go on but won't.

Just to cover the current expenditure over the next 2 years will mean AMC increasing the number of shares in issue by as much as 70% as the loans and interest on the loans are paid for by issuing new shares.

That's a lot of shares to come on to the market!!!

In just 3 years will mean doubling the number of shares in issue.

Seems to me that most peeps on here expect a decent rise in our share price once the PFS comes through and the possibility of funding news that may follow from that., well if BCN is any guide to that scenario many on here are in for a shock because a PFS and FUNDING news has done NOTHING for them.

AT THE moment .
