did these reach exactly 3p recently or is that LSE mis prints, as usual?

much obliged, i owe u 1........

that assists and appears so from LSE history, but they had skewed pricing since last financial crash and often not clear
this in turn skews the charts

OK Logan. Can you tell me the NPV per share of the treasure AMC has discovered so far?
If you call 10/11 years to get rich quick ? You are very wrong there.I am waiting for the PFS to work my figures out. So please stop trying to save us from ourselves.
After all I think we are old enough to think for ourselves. We are share holders here. You by your own admission, you hold none. You have never held any either !!
So what is your interest here?? Bar you living in Russia and AMC is in Russia.
You must have another motive to be here ? Or you have to much time on your hands to kill? I don't go and post on other BB,s that I have no personal interest in.
The sun is shining and I am off, in my garden. Have a nice day all.

At the current share price around 5m shares per month will be issued to just cover the interest on AMC's current loan and no doubt these shares are then being dumped on the market so are able to get cash for their interest.

At the current share price 80mln shares will need to be issued to pay off the capital of the loan.

If AMC draw down the full loan will be a further 150mln shares being issued on top of the 80mln plus the interest will increase meaning around 15mln share per month being issued to cover the interest on the fully drawn down loan.

This is massive dilution of upto 70% for the average Private Investor.

The Pi's who have shares in AMC and who are getting mad at my posts just tell me that when they bought their shares in AMC they acted in an unthinking manner by just gambling on getting rich quick like buying a lottery ticket rather then investing by making a high quality decision.

We are around 650m shares. For a mining company at this stage 1bn is not uncommon. It's always riskier as everyone knows, hence the higher potential returns offered by issuing equity. Recall Logan espousing the virtues of SXX on here a few months ago. Around 4.7bn shares in issue. A few other BB favouritesHZM 1.4bn88e 5.6bnRGM 800mEUA 2bnJLP 1.4bn

When your back is against the wall there are only a few choices left.It is a waiting game at the moment. Can the BOD pull a rabbit out of the hat ?? They have not been very good at that, from past experience so far.My last hope is the FEDF,will they help??
There are many AIM Co's with over a Billion shares.I agree dilution of shares is bad but better the PI,s make money then some other dodgy finance Co from US.

Edit. The PFS/DFS are the key here. Have they got enough money to finish that work ?
Then RY can put the For Sale board up. 2018 is the last bit of drilling IMHO. DYOR.

I really don't like to even bother reading some posters, let alone comment, but every now and again it just becomes too much. Too many shares in issue. Lmao at the total nonsense of that statement. Where does it come from?

Agree with Logan,no good to issue shares now, there are other ways to get funding and we should hear about it soon....

call - there are already to many shares in issue and any Rights Issue would have to be at a heavily discounted price and even then I doubt AMC will be able to get it away.

AMC are running out of money and it's as simple as that.

Tadaska, there is a big sell just before close nearly every day. A bit different to CREDE sells. Riverfort may ask for their money back,so what happens then? They have been paying them the interest in shares until now.
Why don't the BOD do a Rights Issue? Who knows where this saga is going to end?

There is truth in that, Thomscm2. There are people out there who know the true value of this asset and encouraging negativity in order to profit. Undermining!

So there we have it, some will take 12, some will take 9, some six and today
some are selling for less than 4. Does anyone think that this is lost on mining
companies who are interested in obtaining a multi-billion dollar Nickel company
for next to nothing. I don't think so. What we are seeing with the share price is by design.

12p would suit me!

We've only closed above 12p on around 5 days in the past 2 years.

I know I have said this many times before and I know that it makes people
agitated but I feel that it needs to be said again.

WHY IS IT THAT THE CLOSER WE GET TO THE PFS. THE LOWER THE SHARE PRICE GOES.

Could it be that this is by design? Could it be that someone wants to take us out
for a pittance. Nah that couldn't be true now could it?
After all who would want to sell their shares say for 12p?

The 30 day LME Nickel Stock level is at 272754 Tons.
The Price of Nickel is $6.5718 lb today.Source, Kitco.
The Nickel price is in an uptrend all this year. It does go up and down but always higher lows. The stock levels this year have fallen by a 100K Tons.
So not far of our $7.5 lb.Taken by RY.
It was $4 lb last year. Many Nickel Mines have closed or gone under care and maintain service. We just have to bide our time after the PFS for a buyer to come along.DYOR.

LOL,Logan, have we lasted for the past years on fresh air?? There is always someone to lend money, how much dilution to the shares? Only RY knows that not me.I hope this helps.
You are not invested in AMC, are you trying to get in cheaper?

What if an approach is made for AMC ? Lot of discovery Co,s are bought out yearly by the big boys. It all depends which country the discovery is in.Congo and the likes are bought out at 1% or 1.5% riskier places,
of the value of the resource discovered. AMC certainly is not drilling for Oil.
What about Russia ? I think much safer then Congo etc. So a valuation of 2% is not far out IMO.
Work out the buy out price @ 2%..Or even at 1.5% to the value of our discovered resource. It sure does not work out at 4.5P. I already have a shed load of these. Someone sure is buying today as well.
Just waiting for the PFS to come out including the Copper and PM's. Then I will work out the price.

Jinchuan, Norilisk and maybe the Sprott Fund and the likes who will start to run their slide rule over AMC,
60% a T/O, 35% a JV, 5% go it alone are my thoughts. PFS is the key to all the riches. Very little money has been spent in discovering row metals in the past 10 years. Place your bets now.
I am not a ramper or a deramper either.
GLA, LTH,s.

LOL.Giz, I don't think it is going to be a Marathon now. When the long awaited PFS is out someone is sure to sniff AMC out. T/O..J/V part J/V etc, etc.We will be one of the largest Nickel Sulfide resource in the world. As you know RY knows his rocks but not his finance.
I think the drilling gang is getting closer to the tube of the volcano that pushed the Nickel out millions of years ago.4/5 Years the most if we go it alone. It would be very foolish to throw the towel in now. AIMHO of course.
