Just scan read the news announcements over the last 12-18 months and I’m a little surprised that we’re not moving ahead in terms of share price. AMRYT seem not to be putting a foot wrong with the business growing very nicely indeed.

My CVRs are still shown as a holding in my ISA. I am certainly not going to rock the boat by asking if that is OK. I expect the first cash to come in this year.

Yep that's my understanding too but don't think CVRs can be held in an ISA.

Due to a loss of drug exclusivity after 10 years, a decrease of 90% of the list price of metreleptin was assumed in the model in one of the scenario analyses.

hello,does anyone know the tax treatment re the CVRs?my assumption is that the issue of them was not a taxable event vis a vis shareholders and that any cash received following the achievement of milestones is subject to cgt with a nil base cost
