I agree, you could be forgiven for thinking that someone at some point my realise the value here and try to buy the company

Quarterly results early Feb perhaps?

Just scan read the news announcements over the last 12-18 months and I’m a little surprised that we’re not moving ahead in terms of share price. AMRYT seem not to be putting a foot wrong with the business growing very nicely indeed.

"I expect the first cash to come in this year."

That would be very nice, sidam. I hope you are correct!

My CVRs are still shown as a holding in my ISA. I am certainly not going to rock the boat by asking if that is OK. I expect the first cash to come in this year.

Might be right. I hold in a SIPP but the rules are different to ISA's

Yep that's my understanding too but don't think CVRs can be held in an ISA.

Currently, only 11.3 mg vials (10 mg dose) metreleptin are available at a list price of £2,335 per vial. The availability of smaller vial sizes is expected within three months of submission of the variation to marketing authorisation, at a list price of £1,167.50 for a 5.8 mg vial (5 mg dose) and £583.80 for a 3 mg vial (2.5 mg dose). Based on the distribution (11.54% 10 mg dose; 69.23% 5 mg dose; 19.23% 2.5 mg dose) of observed current doses in the UK early access programme (EAP), an average annual per patient price of £434,633 is assumed in the analysis. Due to a loss of drug exclusivity after 10 years, a decrease of 90% of the list price of metreleptin was assumed in the model in one of the scenario analyses.

hello, does anyone know the tax treatment re the CVRs?my assumption is that the issue of them was not a taxable event vis a vis shareholders and that any cash received following the achievement of milestones is subject to cgt with a nil base cost
