So how do we think the share price responds to the potential efficacy results? 5% and the share price goes down, 10% and it goes up?

Last trade on Nasdaq was a buy @ 13.51 dollars for 2000 ADS's. That was well above the Asking price of 13 dollars.
Should be interesting next week.

Bloody hell! Bitcoin has gone barmy today. Up almost 10% on the day. Let's hope gold soon follows with such a similar big daily rise.

I don't touch cryptocurrency, but I see that Bitcoin has gone barmy today. It has been very strong recently, but has really taken off today. Presumably because of all the money governments have been borrowing and printing. Let's hope gold soon goes similarly barmy as well as my only other share, apart from AMYT, is GPM.

One good sign on Nasdaq is that the BID price has increased to 12.60 for 1300 ADS's. 0 was the ASK price for 800 ADS's.

Bid 12.10 for 800 and Ask 12.80 for 800 currently on Nasdaq. AIM price currently in line with Nasdaq price.

Here's why I had my final top today. I expect the share price to start to recover up towards the top of the potentially bullish flag formation on the chart in the build up to the news (hopefully good) expected within the next 3 weeks. Then, whoosh? Fingers crossed as always.

Big spread on Nasdaq. BID 11.90 @ 800. ASK 12.97 @ 800. No interest on Nasdaq for AMYT! No change there then! 😂

Bought another 1000 @ 194.94p around 50 minutes ago. Now got 6000. That's my lot! Was going to wait until Nasdaq opened, but decided to take the plunge before then. Hopefully I'll be able to sell a few thousand shares @ 250p (or higher) within the next month. Nothing like being a bit optimistic in these dreadful times. Fingers crossed.

The AMYT share price is now marginally above the lower Bollinger Band (see my chart from last night) which should provide support. Fingers crossed!
