11/11/2020 23:35 | I'm confident that the AMYT share price is about to take off. I wonder if that 256k ADS sell has been overhanging the market and holding back the ADS price? ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
11/11/2020 21:03 | Onwards & upwards.... | bazworth
11/11/2020 20:21 | New high on Nasdaq | alphabravo321
11/11/2020 17:25 | Couple of very big ADS trades gone through on Nasdaq. Both probably sells at US$13. One for 256k and another for 53k. ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
09/11/2020 14:23 | I hope Shore Capital’s numbers are correct. Projections imply reported profit in 22 and adjusted EPS of $0.24 followed by adjusted EPS going up fives times from there by 25. Reported EPS also get to $0.82. If those numbers are correct, this stock is the wrong price. Also on their numbers CVRs will pay out. | sidam
09/11/2020 12:47 | Thanks, didn’t notice the time! | bazworth
09/11/2020 12:35 | Looks like a transfer between investment funds, bazworth, since both trades reported at exactly the same time. ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
09/11/2020 11:00 | Another 2 x 150k trades this am but no movement on sp, all very strange. Only a case of time before the brakes are released, we hope!! | bazworth
08/11/2020 15:47 | Couple of very big trades went through late in the day on Friday. One for 150k shares at circa 4:15pm. The other was for 163k shares where reporting was delayed until after the market closed at circa 4:45pm. The former was definitely a buy. The latter? Hard to tell. ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
06/11/2020 17:13 | Punter it's not You thats got to meet the criteria ! Lol You are doing fine as you are ;) | richpassi
06/11/2020 17:06 | Unfortunately a stream of good news recently is not propelling the AMYT share price upwards. Hopefully the weekend might bring some newspaper tips. I've got 6000 AMYT shares and I'll probably sell a 1000 next week and buy more GPM with the proceeds as I'm very bullish on gold. That will leave me with 5000 AMYT shares which has always been my intended core holding and hope that AMYT turns out to be a slow burner and gradually rise, or better still receives a takeover bid. PS Bitcoin has been a better performing asset than gold since COVID-19 came on the scene, especially recently, on inflation fears due to all the government borrowing and money printing going on worldwide. Unfortunately I know nothing about cryptocurrencies. ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
06/11/2020 09:54 | Thanks guys! | punter6
06/11/2020 09:52 | Punter, if you have them, they should be recorded and shown in your account and show as 3 different CVA's. If not there but you were on the register, I'd suggest you need to talk to your broker | waterloo01
06/11/2020 09:50 | It was all laid out in the admission document first page. if they hit the 3 individual CVR timescales you will get rewarded. | 40plus
06/11/2020 09:15 | Yes,I was on the register at that date. So what criteria do I have to meet then? | punter6
05/11/2020 19:11 | I think we still have an overhang of sellers in the US | alphabravo321
05/11/2020 18:16 | To have any interest in the CVRs shareholders needed to be on the register at 8PM on 23rd Sept 2019 if you were ....Happy Days if certain criteria are met ;) Glad to see a bit of interest today across the water :) Still calm :) | richpassi
05/11/2020 17:16 | I'm a bit lost on the CVR's so could someone please explain exactly what they are and what their potential value is to an individual investor? | punter6
05/11/2020 17:04 | I see Bitcoin has rocketed up again today. Gold has also started to rise again. If only the AMYT share price would follow suit! ATB PAPILLON | ultrasharp
05/11/2020 17:00 | Doing very well across the pond, a slight bit of an image issue on this side, maybe the share price will react tomorrow instead | tiananmen
05/11/2020 16:45 | This was my take on the webcast and general background. Given the very high gross margins in their products, the increase in projected current year revenues should increase the value of the current portfolio of approved products significantly. It was pretty obvious that the group expected revenues from the current portfolio to continue to grow and there were trials planned which could increase the market considerably. The costs of projected trials were in reality quite low at a few $Ms. However, the bit that made me optimistic was the expectation of initial revenues from FILSUVEZ in Q4 of next year in the US and in the EU in Q1 of the following year. The incremental costs were expected to be quite low and the gross margin from previous conversations with management high. This should mean that profits explode and the contingent value rights (CVRs) could be valuable. My back of the envelope numbers suggest that each $100m of FILSUVEZ revenues could be valued at over £1 per share. So I am hoping for a share price north on £5 within two or three years plus my CVRs | sidam
05/11/2020 15:35 | Well that didn't do much for the SP,did it? Anyone tune in to the Webcast? I didn't have the time to tune in. | punter6
05/11/2020 12:38 | I’m a happy old fella...... | bazworth
05/11/2020 12:30 | I'm NOT ramping! What makes you think I am? You're filtered. You can babble on, but I won't be listening. | ultrasharp
05/11/2020 12:24 | It's not a twitter baby so.... No ramps nothing. | babbler |
