Pap I'm never sure if trades on Nasdaq are buys or sells as intraday graph always looks like a yoyo ! Big trades about this week though ;) Got a tip for you ....BBC Sounds App search for The Missing Crypto Queen....about 9 episodes absolutely riveting and informative its giving me a good lesson to how Crypto's work. I'm only up to Episode 4 but can't wait for next episode :) listen out for the Bones/Papilion character in it at times it's listening to 'some' bulletin boards not far from here ;)Before any Crypto lovers call me a Hater I know OneCoin was not a legitimate Crypto.Great listening though :)

ADS's closed @ US$13.55 on Nasdaq. That's equivalent to 202.5p per AMYT share.

advfn haven't been misreporting buys as sells. It's the fault of the MM's. They just report a spread and don't say whether a particular trade is a buy or sell. advfn just guess whether a particular trade is a buy, or sell, based on an arbitrary mid price of the quoted spread. At the moment it just means you can buy at below that arbitrary mid price and at the lower end of the quoted spread.

They've been mis-reporting buys as sells all morning on advfn but it's low volume anyway. Can't see much reason for the share price to rise or fall on the announcement per se, when we see what they wanted it for it might be another matter.

Well according to Nasdaq AMYT closed @ US $13.855 yesterday. At the current exchange rate that equates to 208p per AMYT share. US$12.50 per ADS corresponds to 187p per AMYT share. Be interesting to see what happens to the ADS price whan Nasdaq opens this afternoon. Obviously there will be a fall from yesterday's ADS closing price of 13.855, but I suspect the ADS price will hover at a small premium to 12.50. bwtfdlk?
News, and how it is perceived by investors, drives share prices.

That is incorrect, it is 5 ords per ADR
