15/9/2020 08:50 | What I don’t understand is how the dealing price on the NASDAQ market impacts on our sp? | ![]() bazworth
15/9/2020 08:23 | I sold that 500 I bought last week, ab321 early this morning. Got around 214.2p per share. Then decided to sell another 1000 a bit later. Got 210p per share. Now left with 5000 shares which I'll hang onto. Might be wrong, but I can't see Nasdaq going overboard on today's news. I wonder if today's early spike up was our 2nd wave up (EWT) and it didn't reach last Wednesday's high. I wonder if today's early buyers were confusing AP103 with AP101? ATB PAPILLON. Still holding 5000 for the long term. If Nasdaq shows enthusiasm for today's news when it opens I'll buy back those 1500 shares I sold. Unfortunately Nasdaq investors are in the driving seat now. | ![]() ultrasharp

14/9/2020 14:57 | It's also AMYT on Nasdaq ali47fish. Don't forget 5 AMYT shares are bundled together to make 1 ADS. ATB PAPILLON | ![]() ultrasharp

14/9/2020 14:19 | Perhaps American investors have bad memories of Aegerion, diamondstar? After all when it was listed on Nasdaq it became a basket case through the greed of it's BoD and then Novelion bailed them out 4, or 5, years ago and Aegerion brought them down as well! ATB PAPILLON | ![]() ultrasharp
14/9/2020 14:00 | I wonder why the Amryt share price is so low on the Nasdaq? 12.15 now - which converts to £1.88 | ![]() diamondstar1
14/9/2020 13:47 | But 70% of the Amryt shares are held in America, ali47fish. Also the BoD have converted their AIM listed shares into ADS's traded on Nasdaq. It's a fact that Amryt is an Irish company whose main listing is now on Nasdaq. You just have to accept that the AIM listing is now secondary to the primary listing on Nasdaq. Get used to American investors calling the shots. Amryt have already got rid of their Dublin listing. Will the AIM listing eventually go the same way? ATB PAPILLON | ![]() ultrasharp
14/9/2020 13:31 | i find this reference to the nadsdaq unhelpful as most people invest on aim, it would be great to link the share price movement back to the aim index! | ![]() ali47fish
14/9/2020 13:04 | sp showing signs of life. Will it last the rest of the day? We'll no doubt find out when Nasdaq opens. Only 1 pre market trade on Nasdaq today. And that for just 3 ADS's! Done @ 1.80. ATB PAPILLON | ![]() ultrasharp

13/9/2020 18:02 | I was mistaken, martin, in my view that Novelion shareholders got the AMYT shares. They of course went to Novelion because Novelion held the shares in Aegerion, not the Novelion shareholders. A silly error on my part. I should have checked the Amryt web site because Novelion are shown as holding 7.9% of Amryt. 12,490,250 shares out of a total of 158,498,887 We should get an RNS issued, bageo, if the Novelion liquidator has sold any recently seeing they have more than 3% of the AMYT shares in issue. Though I can't remember an RNS being issued when the Novelion liquidator sold approx 1.55m shares as announced on the 3/1/2020 (post 5839). There were just over 2.7m shares traded on the 19/12/2019 so that's when the liquidator could have sold those 1.55m. Still no RNS was issued. Well the closing price of 196p on AIM on Friday equals the previous all time closing high (before Wednesday's new high) achieved on the 8th July. Hopefully 196p will provide support. | ![]() papillon
13/9/2020 17:11 | Hi Charlie Munger, A bit late seeing your earlier post but as Volsung says when the market is moving fast or when the market is thin then on Hargreaves Lansdown you have the option to do a fill or kill order and if it isn't accepted as it says the order is rejected but you can also do a limit order for a period of time you set which means it might not go through straight away but if the price rises to your sell price it will go through. | ![]() pj84
13/9/2020 15:52 | hxxps://www.alvareza As noted in Novelion’s June 12, 2020 press release, the Liquidator continues to believe that Novelion will be able to complete distributions in the fourth quarter of 2020, subject to the resolution of claims and other ongoing administrative matters including the finalization of tax returns and related matters in Canada and the U.S. So any sales now can only be by the liquidator and not any former Novelion shareholders | ![]() bageo
13/9/2020 15:11 | Papillon, Don’t forget the top 5 major shareholders are from North America ( Usa and Canada)so the selling you noticed in the last a few days could be profit taking. As far as Novelion shareholders, “ The distribution is likely to place in the form of equity in Amryt pharmaceuticals and there may or may not be a cash component to the distribution depending on proceeds from the liquidation. | martin171 |
