“Amryt intends to complete the submission of its rolling New Drug Application ("NDA") to the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") and request priority review for FILSUVEZ(R). FILSUVEZ(R) previously received Fast Track Designation and Rare Paediatric Disease Designation from the FDA. This means that if an NDA for FILSUVEZ(R) is approved, the Company expects to be eligible to apply for a Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher that can be used, sold or transferred. Amryt also intends to pursue an accelerated assessment in the EU. Regulatory submissions in the US and the EU are expected to be filed by late Q1 2021.”

If AMYT is submitting by late q1 2021, why should we expect to hear something during 2020? What am I missing? My understanding is that our financial year commences 1 Jan 21....

I just bought 1000 @ 208p. Now back up to 5000 shares again. Good volume on Nasdaq after 20 minutes of trading. Over 8000 ADS's traded so far. Perhaps news soon?

Very busy on Nasdaq this afternoon. So far 4 ADS's have been traded! 🤣

It's a great opportunity for a bit of arbitrage. To exchange your AIM listed shares for Nasdaq listed ADS's and pocket some money into the bargain.

Well there is a 20p difference in price between AIM and Nasdaq. The equivalent price on Nasdaq is currently 187p whereas the current price on AIM is 207p. Surely that can't be sustainable without further good news.

I sell a 1000 on Friday @ 193.055p and what happens? Midas in the Mail tips them! 😝 Sod's Law! I sold another 1000 just now @ 206p on the basis that rises due to newspaper tips, more often than not, don't last long. Also Nasdaq this pm might put a dampener on that rise. Now hold 4000 AMYT shares.
