I had a small top up around 35 minutes ago, ab321. Bought 500 @ 209.4p. It's a no brainer at the current price. I think it will soon be between 250-300. Say 270p by my calculations.

They said on conf call yesterday they were holding back some key info for the symposium mentioned in the RNS, apparently the symposium organisers place an embargo on the info if you want to present

Hi All, Has anyone seen or heard any disclosure from Amryt on the magnitude of clinical effect on the Primary Endpoint? They have provided statistical significance data, but the magnitude will have equal importance in the Regulatory filings.

It's now under 210p, ab321 yet 3 small pre market buys have gone through at US$15.3 and 15.5 on Nasdaq so now could be a very good time to top up!!

As far as I know Novelion was liquidated in the months following on from last year's RTO with AMYT.

Nice to see that this post I made last week about a potentially bullish flag pattern forming on the AMYT chart and that it could be a good time for a top up has turned out to remarkably prescient. It's all down to my crystal ball!! Perhaps I ought to rename myself Nostradamus! 🤣

If my following chart (which shows a potentially bullish chart pattern) is to be believed then now would be a good time to buy AMYT shares. We shall see. Fingers crossed as always!

The ADS's closed at US$13.50 on Nasdaq. Dividing by 5 and then the current exchange rate of 1.30 gives an equivalent price in sterling of 207.70p per AMYT share so I can envisage another fall in the AMYT share price on AIM tomorrow, but probably not a big as 10p. Could be worth a top up tomorrow? I suspect that the price of the ADS's is being dragged down on Nasdaq by small former Novelion shareholders selling the AMYT shares they received in exchange for their shares in Novelion. If I remember correctly former Novelion shareholders only received around 16m shares between them (circa 10% of the new AMYT shares in issue) so that could account for all the small 100 ADS sales since AMYT listed on Nasdaq back in July. Perhaps today's high volume on Nasdaq signifies most of those small ex Novelion shareholders, who were awaiting the AP101 results, have decided to cash in today? Hopefully that selling stream will end soon. Perhaps it did today? We'll have to wait and see.

Anyway a share price often rises in stages after good news and over a period of a few weeks, in line with Elliot Wave Theory. In other words you get a sharp rise (the 1st wave) as happened today on AIM, followed by a fall back on profit taking, before the next rise up (2nd wave) begins. We shall see.

Just watched the video there now, EB seems like torture on a daily basis. Hopefully this treatment works for them and maybe even the gene therapy cures them in the future.

Watched the video - it's quite unimaginable what these children are going through, absolutely horrible.

Fingers firmly crossed that things work out for them. Our invested sums are meaningless when seeing the pain and suffering.

Some perspective in the recently released video below. It's less than 10 minutes long and I really hope everyone will spare those few minutes to watch to the very end.

Hopefully AP101 will be approved and will help with wound management but ultimately, it would be fantastic if gene therapy can lead to a cure for these children. It could well happen within the next few years.

New York Times has published an article today entitled ‘Amryt Pharma’s Filsuvez Succeeds in Rare Skin Disease Trial’. The article mentions that the US submission is already underway with the FDA. Amryt may have prepared the FDA dossier at risk and are already in process of submitting to the FDA. This means that the priority voucher - worth up to $100 million - is close to reality. Good news - if they are a step ahead in the FDA submission process.

The Nasdaq listing has been dragging down the AMYT share price No doubt in my mind that small ex Novelion shareholders have been selling the AMYT shares they got in exchange for their Novelion shares as a consequence of last year's RTO. Once they have gone we should see the ADS's take off in price and start to reflect Amryt's potential.

It seems that you can only listen to the recording of the presentation over the telephone. Is that right? It seems pretty odd. It's much easier to follow from the web.

It's ironic that we all imagined a Nasdaq listing would boost the sp, but it's having the opposite effect! 😭 However volume on Nasdaq is high today so hopefully when the profit takers have departed the scene the ADS's will start to climb in price. I'm hopeful that we get an Elliot Wave pattern over the next few weeks and we achieve the higher £3 target price of diamondstar. Fingers crossed as always.
