08/10/2020 23:22 | An AMYT chart from the start of 2020. Looks like the share price will be going sideways until the big jump up (HOPEFULLY!!!!) following the top line data issue on 31st. Fingers crossed as always. Tempted to buy another 1000 before then. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ![]() papillon

08/10/2020 12:55 | 31st October. Not long to find out the fate of the AMYT sp, richpassi. Should be followed in early November by the Q3 figures. Looks like we are in for an interesting period starting in around 3 weeks time. I wonder how Nasdaq will respond to today's RNS? Hopefully with more interest than AIM! PS I'm very hopeful that the top line data to be announced on the 31st October will be positive. Why else would the company want to announce it in such a fashion? Surely if it was going to be negative it would be issued without all the associated fanfare? All companies shout out good news and are rather coy when it comes to issuing bad news. | ![]() papillon

05/10/2020 21:24 | Contact2 1) There is a very good chance these could have real value. 2) I asked the company some time ago and they said there was a register so you old broker should be able to transfer them. But you could ask the IR department for clarification. You will find their details on the website. Do not give them away. Next, I would write to their compliance department and complain. Also perhaps name and shame. | ![]() sidam

05/10/2020 14:34 | Hello all, I have recently changed my broker and my shares of AMRYT has been transferred except the Contin value (Revenue) (Fda) and (Ema). Has anyone else experienced this? My previous broker has suggested I donate them to charity as they are essentially worthless (so they say) but with AMRYT having the potential to do well should I keep them or give to charity? Thank you | ![]() contact2fsnetcouk
05/10/2020 12:52 | From looking at the chart I can see early September's (9th) closing day high of 220p being re-tested soon. Perhaps even the circa 250p intraday day high achieved the same morning (before Nasdaq opened and the subsequent price drop)? Fingers crossed! | ![]() papillon
05/10/2020 12:48 | I noticed extra interest in AMYT on Nasdaq on Friday with punters prepared to pay up to US$13.50 for the ADS's. News afoot (and not just 12 inches! 🤣)? Q3 results due in around 5 weeks time. Be interesting to see the revenue figures. I also suspect, bazworth, that AMYT could take on fresh assets. Wiley's an ambitious man and obviously wants to grow the company asap. | ![]() papillon
04/10/2020 21:29 | Yes, good news in about 1 year. On the assumption that the NDA for FILSUVEZ(R) is approved. | ![]() diamondstar1
04/10/2020 21:22 | Many thanks Diamondstar. So my understanding is that he really exciting news may be another 12 months away? I also hope that AMYT will be taking on other assets along the way - similar to the way in which they have grown so far. | ![]() bazworth
04/10/2020 21:07 | I’m not 100% sure Bazworth, but I will try to answer this question. I believe that Amryt are filing for an NDA application for Episalvan in late 2020. However, FDA still have the right to reject this NDA application, via a Refuse to File action. FDA are given 2 months to decide. Refuse to File may arise on the basis of different reasons such as administrative errors, or insufficient preclinical or clinical data. For example, Catalyst Pharma was recently issued with a Refuse to File - on the basis that they needed more clinical data. If you get through the initial NDA application process, then the next step is the formal 10 month FDA evaluation (or shorter if you are using your Priority Voucher). I believe the target for Amryt is to start this process is Q1 2021. At the end of this process, FDA can either approve your drug or issue a Complete Response Letter (CRL) detailing why your drug approval has been rejected. | ![]() diamondstar1
