17/7/2019 12:05 | medicman. I've just looked at my broker nominee a/c (I only have one share, AMYT) and they have increased the value of each of my AMYT shares to 73.5p following on from the one for six consolidation. | papillon
15/7/2019 23:47 | mdalos1 15 Jul '19 - 17:38 - 4669 of 4669 0 0 0 Gone down by a sixth or to a sixth ? >>>>> He must mean the latter, mdalos. His "overall value" is just a sixth of what it originally was. medicman is inaccurate in his use of language. Nominee broker a/c's suffer from the same problem as sites like ADVFN with Mkt Caps when there is a share consolidation. They take time (sometimes ADVFN never does) to adjust their value and Mkt Cap figures. | papillon
15/7/2019 10:04 | thanks for this! yes I can see that I now have fewer shares but my dealing account also tells me that my overall value has gone down by a sixth too...I guess this is a system issue that might be rectified once reinstated | medicman1
13/7/2019 22:26 | mdalos1 13 Jul '19 - 15:14 - 4666 of 4666 0 0 0 Keep in mind >1/4 to <2/5 >>>>> ???????????????????? | papillon
13/7/2019 12:10 | medicman1 If you look at your dealing account you will find the number of shares you hold have been divided by 6. If you held 600 (old) shares in Amryt 2 days ago, they will now be replaced by 100 new shares. If the company shares were not suspended the price of the new shares you own would be 6 times higher. i.e 12.5p (old) = 75p (new). When Amryt comes back from suspension its starting price will be 75p plus or minus the markets valuation of the new deal. | dlm2602
13/7/2019 11:21 | Read the RNS's, medicman!! You would then know what is going on. There has been a share consolidation. Every 6 old shares have been converted into 1 new share. You haven't "lost a lot of money"; not at the moment anyway! LOL. | papillon
13/7/2019 09:43 | morning all. Can someone please explain what is going on with Amryt pharma in plain English as I seem to have lost a lot of money when I checked this morning... (...these pharma companies ugh/sigh...). thanks | medicman1
12/7/2019 18:35 | Still gripped....! Reading about Amyt knocks spots off Wimbledon!! | bazworth
12/7/2019 18:11 | No, just the 1 for 6 consolidation. Fingers crossed! | papillon
12/7/2019 16:12 | My portfolio is showing my Amyt down 84% lol. Hope that isn’t a harbinger | volsung
11/7/2019 22:52 | As I've said before, mdalos, I've written off my £2.8k gamble until (if and when) AMYT relists. What the share price will open and close at on the first day of trading is completely outside of my control. All I can do is wait until it relists. I think it's pointless making predictions about the relisting price. All I know is I will either make money, or lose money, when it relists. | papillon
11/7/2019 15:11 | You were correct originally, alphabravo. mdalos was also spot on! :-). We'll have to wait for the admission document to be published before AMYT can relist. Let's hope they get their finger out and pull out all the stops to get that damn document published ASAP. | papillon
11/7/2019 00:00 | duplicate post deleted - it’s the excitement of it all.... | bazworth
11/7/2019 00:00 | It’s all pretty gripping! Set the alarm for 06:55hrs! Almost as exciting as a birdie-putt! | bazworth
10/7/2019 23:29 | Well, alphabravo, when I first read the following in today's RNS it did seem to me to imply that the shares would relist tomorrow morning on AIM at 8am. Still mdalos posted I was "CLUELESS" and he's never wrong! :-) "Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and to Euronext Dublin for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Market ("Admission"). It is expected that such Admission will become effective at 8.00 am on 11 July 2019." If the shares do not relist tomorrow then I do think today's RNS could have been worded better! The wording is rather ambiguous and is capable of being misinterpreted. | papillon
10/7/2019 22:16 | Having re read the RNS a few times I think you could be right Pap | alphabravo321
10/7/2019 16:58 | Thanks for that, alphabravo. I was thinking September, so it's earlier than I thought. FAST relisted back on the 31/3/2016 the same day the admissions document was released so AMYT relisting in early August is a possibility; that's only around a month away! Good news! | papillon
10/7/2019 16:49 | Admission doc scheduled to be released in early August | alphabravo321 |
