Well an advisor toAegerion/Novelion encouraged the judge on Friday that the deal was the way forward so we can assume that the Novelion team are behind it for the moment

That's the problem, alphabravo. If the American trustee is effectively saying the deal is too generous for AMYT shareholders will Novelion (NVLN) change their mind, the deal falls through and NVLN pursue another suitor for Aegerion, or will the deal still go ahead, but on adjusted terms not so generous for AMYT shareholders? As I've posted before I've written off my small £2.8k (recent) investment in AMYT and will decide what to do, whether to hold, sell, or add, when it eventually relists. In the meantime I can only sit patiently with my fingers crossed and await the next news, whether official via RNS, or indirect, as in Bermudashort's link to the view of the American official. Of course I will continue to copy and paste mdalos's words of wisdom (LOL) before he deletes them! PS. Joe Wiley must have a silver tongue if the deal he has brokered with NVLN for Aegerion is as generous to AMYT shareholders as the American trustee suggests. However I'm pretty certain that mdalos and Bronxville (on the lse bb) will see it differently! :-)

That point occurred to me too Pap! The trustee is essentially saying Amryt are paying a low price for the asset which is good news for us assuming the deal completes

Many thanks alphabravo. It's rather ironic that mdalos (on here) and Bronxville (on the lse) have been going on about what a bad deal this proposed merger with Aegerion is for AMYT shareholders, whilst this American official is saying the exact opposite; that it's too good a deal for AMYT shareholders. PS. I wonder if mdalos foams at the mouth when he's posting on ADVFN rather like a mad dog with distemper? I imagine he gets so worked up that his carers have to physically restrain him!

mdalos1 28 Jun '19 - 11:14 - 4618 of 4618 0 0 0 LOLS... and how exactly can AMRYT be suspended anyway if it's really acquiring AEG ?? I've said it before... it's AMRYT that is being acquired in a roundabout way... the whole transaction is smoke & mirrors to allow the US Parent to write-off $100s of millions of Debt/Losses and AMRYT is being used as the vehicle to make it happen, with a US Majority Shareholder "acquiring" AMRYT. By the time this has all unfolded, for better or for worse, little old AMRYT will also have overcome the little matter of the AP101 Trial dragging on even longer than its latest extension, because the whole acquisition/merger/reverse takeover debacle will take precedence well beyond October. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The oracle has spoken! :-)

O/T. I notice that an investment of just under US$4k in a Bitcoin at the start of the year would now be worth over US$12k today. Pity I didn't buy one!! :-) Pity I don't understand cryptocurrencies. :-).

My apologies. I didn't intend to comment again until the next RNS, but I must say I PMSL at your post diamondstar. Absolutely brilliant put down of MADLOSS. I said I would only post again before the next RNS to copy and paste the "brilliant thoughts" (an oxymoron if ever there was one!) of chairman MADLOSS so to stay true to my word here is his latest post recorded for posterity before he deletes it: mdalos1 20 Jun '19 - 10:52 - 4613 of 4614 0 0 0 I've concluded that if my analysis of the situation unfolding turns out to be very wide of the mark - call me Papillon If it transpires I'm nuts for thinking I know what's going on but don't - call me Papillon, lock me up and throw away the key >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Like diamondstar I thought you were already locked up for being "nuts", MADLOSS! Filter me then, Tiananmen, that way you'll have more time to spend with your 2 year old! Meanwhile I'm filtering you! I wont post on here again until the next RNS is issued, APART from recording mdalos's posts for posterity. I wouldn't want his "pearls of wisdom" to be unavailable for scrutiny in the future just because he deletes them. Meanwhile I remain optimistic for AMYT's future. Not that I've got much choice seeing they are suspended until October at least! Edit: Yet NVLN still trades on Nasdaq. NVLN share price currently US$0.85. Current Mkt Cap just US$15.753m. hTTps://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/nvln

mdalos1 18 Jun '19 - 16:14 - 4601 of 4601 0 0 0 LOLs... the 2024 MCAP of what you think you'll be calling AMRYT in 2024 won't be at all relevant to you by this year end... LOLs >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PMSL. ROFLMAO. I have made NO prediction of the AMYT Mkt Cap in 2024 in my post. I haven't even predicted AMYT will still exist in 2024! The 2024 revenue figures quoted in my post are NOT mine. How could I even guess the 2024 revenue figures? Like you I have NO knowledge of the biopharma industry. Like you I'm just an ignorant mug punter. Unlike you I don't make out I'm an expert on the industry. I've bet £2.8k on AMYT shares. I can't trade my shares until AMYT relists. Hopefully that will be in October as promised in the 21st May RNS. Fingers crossed! Until AMYT relist I've written off my £2.8k investment. Joe Wiley has made predictions about the future value of the enlarged company and the likely share price (pre share consolidation news) of a US$60m placing. Whether his predictions are likely to become fact I have no idea. That's because, like you, I'm NOT a company insider and have never worked in the biopharma industry. Pack up trying to give the impression you know what you are talking about, mdalos, because you don't!!
