My understanding is that the share capital consolidation will take place tomorrow but that the share itself will remain suspended pending the outcome of the takeover

Thanks Paps, will monitor share price tomorrow. Do you remember what happened to FAST share price after they were readmitted, prior to completion of the Amryt RTO? Surely, Amryt price will increase if they are readmitted tomorrow- on the basis of the Aegerion deal?

I may well be incorrect, diamondstar (I often am!) however I believe that today's RNS implies that AMYT shares will be trading again tomorrow from 8am when the markets open before the Aegerion RTO deal is finalised. There is a precedence for this because FAST relisted before the AMYT RTO was finalised. Regarding the Mkt Cap info on the Amryt website they've increased the share price by 6 and also increased the AMYT Mkt Cap when it was suspended by 6. Just sloppiness by the provider that Amryt gets it's share price data from. You'll get the same "ignorance and sloppiness" from the financial web sites such as ADVFN and lse if AMYT relists tomorrow (as I believe it will).

I'm really not sure PAPs. I should have gone to the AGM and asked some questions! When you go to the Amryt website... under Investors, Share Price Information - the Amryt Share Price is now stated as 74.25p. This clearly takes into consideration the 6 to 1 share consolidation, as the last traded price of Amryt was 12.38p. However, it looks like the market cap information info here is incorrect. How can Amryt market cap be £204 million?

From today's RNS: "Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and to Euronext Dublin for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Market ("Admission"). It is expected that such Admission will become effective at 8.00 am on 11 July 2019. Following Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 45,802,881 New Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 45,802,881 New Ordinary Shares." Does that mean that AMYT will relist tomorrow before the Aegerion deal is expected to be concluded in October, or am I just being very over optimistic?

It seems Aegerion and Amryt have agreed to reduce a penalty in the deal in the event it fails. This penalty is payable to Amryt should Aegerion take another offer as part of the bankruptcy/sale process. The court accepted the new terms on Friday so I believe this is positive.https://www.streetinsider.com/dr/news.php?id=15663000&gfv=1

mdalos1 30 Jun '19 - 19:52 - 4628 of 4628 0 0 0 Still totally oblivious and as ill-informed as ever. AMRYT is being "acquired" as part of the facilitation of the US bankruptcy, enabling the US Parent to write-off many $100s of millions whilst eventually becoming a majority holder in AMRYT, which itself is "acquiring" (partly and not really) the bankrupt Business's IP... for the US Parent (really)... it's all smoke & mirrors. If you don't get it now, you never will... probably doesn't help that as a (fake) Shareholder, you never actually get all the info (genuine) Shareholders get access to... never mind... POOR Flutterby. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> PMSL. ROFLMAO. For your information, MADLOSS, I received the following email from Interactive Investor just 5 days ago informing me of a "corporate action" regarding my AMYT shares. Interactive Investor are obviously very, very, slow in reacting to news, but I suppose it's better to be late than never!! This proves I am a holder of AMYT shares held via an Interactive Investor nominee a/c so you are peddling fake news yet again, mdalos. Well an advisor toAegerion/Novelion encouraged the judge on Friday that the deal was the way forward so we can assume that the Novelion team are behind it for the moment

That's the problem, alphabravo. If the American trustee is effectively saying the deal is too generous for AMYT shareholders will Novelion (NVLN) change their mind, the deal falls through and NVLN pursue another suitor for Aegerion, or will the deal still go ahead, but on adjusted terms not so generous for AMYT shareholders? As I've posted before I've written off my small £2.8k (recent) investment in AMYT and will decide what to do, whether to hold, sell, or add, when it eventually relists. In the meantime I can only sit patiently with my fingers crossed and await the next news, whether official via RNS, or indirect, as in Bermudashort's link to the view of the American official. Of course I will continue to copy and paste mdalos's words of wisdom (LOL) before he deletes them! PS. Joe Wiley must have a silver tongue if the deal he has brokered with NVLN for Aegerion is as generous to AMYT shareholders as the American trustee suggests. However I'm pretty certain that mdalos and Bronxville (on the lse bb) will see it differently! :-)

That point occurred to me too Pap! The trustee is essentially saying Amryt are paying a low price for the asset which is good news for us assuming the deal completes

Many thanks alphabravo. It's rather ironic that mdalos (on here) and Bronxville (on the lse) have been going on about what a bad deal this proposed merger with Aegerion is for AMYT shareholders, whilst this American official is saying the exact opposite; that it's too good a deal for AMYT shareholders. PS. I wonder if mdalos foams at the mouth when he's posting on ADVFN rather like a mad dog with distemper? I imagine he gets so worked up that his carers have to physically restrain him!
