medicman1 If you look at your dealing account you will find the number of shares you hold have been divided by 6. If you held 600 (old) shares in Amryt 2 days ago, they will now be replaced by 100 new shares. If the company shares were not suspended the price of the new shares you own would be 6 times higher. i.e 12.5p (old) = 75p (new). When Amryt comes back from suspension its starting price will be 75p plus or minus the markets valuation of the new deal.

Read the RNS's, medicman!! You would then know what is going on. There has been a share consolidation. Every 6 old shares have been converted into 1 new share. You haven't "lost a lot of money"; not at the moment anyway! LOL.

As I've said before, mdalos, I've written off my £2.8k gamble until (if and when) AMYT relists. What the share price will open and close at on the first day of trading is completely outside of my control. All I can do is wait until it relists. I think it's pointless making predictions about the relisting price. All I know is I will either make money, or lose money, when it relists.

You were correct originally, alphabravo. mdalos was also spot on! :-). We'll have to wait for the admission document to be published before AMYT can relist. Let's hope they get their finger out and pull out all the stops to get that damn document published ASAP. https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/amryt-pharma-AMYT/share-news/Euronext-Dublin-Euronext-Growth-Dublin-Suspension/80308863

Well, alphabravo, when I first read the following in today's RNS it did seem to me to imply that the shares would relist tomorrow morning on AIM at 8am. Still mdalos posted I was "CLUELESS" and he's never wrong! :-) "Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and to Euronext Dublin for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Market ("Admission"). It is expected that such Admission will become effective at 8.00 am on 11 July 2019." If the shares do not relist tomorrow then I do think today's RNS could have been worded better! The wording is rather ambiguous and is capable of being misinterpreted.

Having re read the RNS a few times I think you could be right Pap

Thanks for that, alphabravo. I was thinking September, so it's earlier than I thought. FAST relisted back on the 31/3/2016 the same day the admissions document was released so AMYT relisting in early August is a possibility; that's only around a month away! Good news!

Looking back at FAST it did indeed relist before the RTO was completed, but only after the admission document had been issued. The issue of the admission document in the case of this AMYT/Aegerion deal doesn't appear likely for months yet so I have undoubtedly got carried away in my enthusiasm! SHAME!

You're probably correct, alphabravo. Probably just wishful thinking on my part. Not that I should give a toss if, as mdalos states, I'm not even a shareholder! :-)

My understanding is that the share capital consolidation will take place tomorrow but that the share itself will remain suspended pending the outcome of the takeover

Thanks Paps, will monitor share price tomorrow. Do you remember what happened to FAST share price after they were readmitted, prior to completion of the Amryt RTO? Surely, Amryt price will increase if they are readmitted tomorrow- on the basis of the Aegerion deal?

I may well be incorrect, diamondstar (I often am!) however I believe that today's RNS implies that AMYT shares will be trading again tomorrow from 8am when the markets open before the Aegerion RTO deal is finalised. There is a precedence for this because FAST relisted before the AMYT RTO was finalised. Regarding the Mkt Cap info on the Amryt website they've increased the share price by 6 and also increased the AMYT Mkt Cap when it was suspended by 6. Just sloppiness by the provider that Amryt gets it's share price data from. You'll get the same "ignorance and sloppiness" from the financial web sites such as ADVFN and lse if AMYT relists tomorrow (as I believe it will).
