MMs and investor/traders will be ringing all they can by running the share price up and down within a limited range. They want volume movement not price.

It feels like the MMs are holding us back. We're only a penny higher than the last offer. For the last offer to be "materially undervalued" I'd expect us to be touching 20p by now.Where's the Sol results and when are we due a operations update as per recent timetable?

Certainly, the MMs have played a role in the manipulation of the share price, though is an order book stock.

The Board can confirm that a number of conversations have taken place since the announcement of the competitive Formal Sales Process with counterparties who have expressed their interest in participating and it is confident that a competitive process involving several of these potential counterparties can be completed to the benefit of all shareholders.
Obviously lots going on in the background. OXY are invested heavily with AMER and are looking for a greater foothold in Columbia, they may well bring the buyout to a satisfactory conclusion.
