The assets have high potential.
The issue is the company's balance sheet is too small to develop what they have.

Sounds like a distressed deal or shifting some assets off the side which never leads to top dollar prices.That said, you'd hope 20p plus to be accepted. Risk / reward on this share probably more favourable than it's been in a long time lol !

Good timing being on a Friday as well as it gives those at work etc. the chance to read about it over the weekend and take positions next week. Think well be up a lot more than 20% by COB.

Would not surprise me if an approach was made just before the director deals. Commonsense would suggest after the purchase they would have seized every opportunity to jack up PR but of course the opposite applied.
I totally agree, no forced sell at all, orchestrated for the benefit of those in the know.
Would not surprise me if ONGC secure more rigs if this comes off, probably explains why they have been dragging their feet. Feel sorry for the Lth's if this gets taken out at a price below 30p.

I think it has to be above 30p. They already have one interested in buying the full company.....and the board would have knocked this back already had it been a low ball offer:

Given the assets etc, this could easily be a bidding war and I think 30p could well be the starting price. Good luck for all those long.
