15/7/2019 07:28 | in which case BODs burden is decreased? should be their compensation decreased too? | ![]() kaos3
15/7/2019 06:23 | It no longer matters too much what the board is doing or not for that case ,we have world class partners in OXY And ONGC we can be sure the company will stay on the straight and narrow from here on. | ![]() wskill
14/7/2019 17:57 | Lucyp00p what is the takeover price you are looking for if you don't mind me asking? | ![]() yasrub
14/7/2019 17:44 | Agreed, but I would respectfully suggest our overheads are closer to 100% than 15 | ![]() lucyp00p
14/7/2019 17:09 | Ok, but this Columbia and there is going to be a certain "cost" of doing business there...….and you can not put that in the accounts, as such......its going to have be hidden as another cost. Columbia is totally corrupt.....I am still hoping that the Company is not (I am still new here). | ![]() 11_percent
14/7/2019 12:04 | tommygriff 13 Jul '19 - 17:55 - 20872 of 20878 0 3 0 Overheads are about 15 dollars a barrel, hardly steep. ================== Hi guys, Can someone confirm this...…..our all-in production costs are about $15 a barrel. I work in the oil industry in the North Sea and $15 is very good. Also, what discount to WTI, Brent, oil price do we get. I am trying to get a handle on how much we make on each barrel. ========== OBA Blend. There are some major pipelines in the North Sea which export the production from many producing fields. Take the Brent pipeline. The oil in this pipeline is a blend of over 20 fields, not just the Brent field. This oil in this pipeline sets the price for "Brent blend" oil. OBA blend. Are decreasing the price for our Platinillo by blending it with heavy 3rd party oil. Or, does it not matter, because the OBA crude is co-mingled(blended with a larger volume of oil in Ecuador pipeline system. What is the discount of the crude to WTI of Ecuador pipeline blend when it arrives at the coast. | ![]() 11_percent
14/7/2019 10:09 | It's management's job to convey a vision that excites the market with tales of future riches, and then delivers, or exceeds, the vision they promised. Companies that do that, rare as they are, deliver the best shareholder returns. Here we have a history of failure against vision, and a pot of cash seemingly sitting there not delivering anything, or not having a clear vision of what will be done with it to return shareholder value. It's been mooted before, but if the BoD think we're that seriously undervalued, why not use some of the ever present cash-pile to buy back and cancel $10m-$20m of shares. | ![]() the drewster
14/7/2019 08:44 | xx Chiritza not such a great example, as there was no mention of the need for Chiritza upgrade until after shareholders were told OBA was finished and where the OBA was supposed to be able to convey thousands and thousands of barrels a day....then a bottleneck at Chiritza reared its ugly head. | ![]() tyler durden1
13/7/2019 23:35 | Talk about a bear with a sore head! It's not a zero sum game in any one year. Investments are made through the cycle. Anyway the company invested about $4m in the Chiritza pumping station (from memory) which will reduce OPEX in future years, gained 100% of Put 14, 85% of Mecaya, gained $93m deferred spending from OXY for 50% equity reduction in 4 blocks. Drilled wells etc. I don't get it - whats the point of continually trashing the company one is invested in? | ![]() xxnjr
13/7/2019 22:15 | Well, that's what were told, but for all the excellent work done in 2018, cash increased by $4million, there were no distributions to shareholders and oil was trading higher. So, I agree, on paper, our overheads are low, unless that paper happens to be the published accounts. | ![]() lucyp00p
13/7/2019 19:49 | And that's without extra wells which look like OXY and ONGC are keen on adding to the mix. 10,000 barrels a day should be the short term target then 15,000 barrels within 6 months and 20,000 in a year.... hopefully we can start pimping out our OBA and get more third party crude payments also as the logistics in the area.....which is an additional income. | ![]() fatgreek
13/7/2019 19:46 | Cost wise we're probably the lowest in Colombia correct me if I'm wrong......competiti | ![]() fatgreek
13/7/2019 17:55 | Overheads are about 15 dollars a barrel, hardly steep | ![]() tommygriff
13/7/2019 11:43 | Our overheads are pretty steep | ![]() lucyp00p
13/7/2019 10:56 | Put-9/Coendu-1 dependent on civil works to construct a 10Km access road from Platinillo. Can't remember any recent updates about civil works (although that doesn't mean the road hasn't been/isn't being built now). | ![]() xxnjr
13/7/2019 10:28 | If we get 7,000 bopd. 7,000bopd x 365days x $66 = $168,600,00 = £134m Market cap = £147m So, basically we are worth 1 years turnover...… | ![]() 11_percent
12/7/2019 21:09 | 5011 that is more like it. My guess is first full day of Plat-22. In which case Plat-22 is producing around 900 b/d which would be great news. So next RNS should be Sol-1 and Plat-22 together - with Indico-2 about to spud. And for good measure we should soon have Put-9/Coendu-1. At this rate we may get our 9 wells this year! | ![]() fadilz
12/7/2019 18:09 | And let's hope it is NOT third-party oil! If the 5k bopd are all our production (Plat), then with CPO-5, we should be producing in excess of 7k bopd, finally! | sji
12/7/2019 18:05 | Would have thought Sol-1 imminent? Maybe plat sidetrack back on line? They ought to know the 1st half production numbers by now. Maybe an update next week sometime Hopefully..... | ![]() xxnjr
12/7/2019 17:57 | So, should we expect some good operations update on Monday? Really hope so. | sji
12/7/2019 17:45 | Crikey! The OBA is up to 5011 now. That plat sidetrack probably successfully back on line. | ![]() xxnjr
12/7/2019 16:39 | Aren't we all... barely held 12p today. Hopefully positive Sol-1 news next week or we'll be back to 11s again and that's without any bad news :( | rollthedice
12/7/2019 16:20 | Another 100k for me there , 400k and about 15k under water now:-( | ![]() mickinvest
12/7/2019 11:53 | ah, muchas gracias Edit: ¿Pero no el 11 de julio? | ![]() fadilz |
