Podium, you are spot on with that. A pharma did a fund raise (big one) yesterday on the Nasdaq, fully subscribed at the prevailing share price. No idea why they have to do discounts in this country. The idea that raising money to invest to grow is a bad thing is endemic in the short sightedness in this country, that's why American companies continue to prosper and grow and their stock market is full of progressive tech. We have supermarkets, oil companies and utilities, hence our stock market under performs compared to the rest of the world. It is a shame but the attitude of pi's and the city as well in this country is so focused on short termism that it hinders the country significantly.

I read recently the number of companies listed on AIM is virtually half of what it was a few years ago. It's also very expensive and many companies would be better of seeking a full listing. The costs are much lower because there's less supervision and of course one gets out of the shackles of a manipulated market, where they don't even tell investors which trades are buys and which are sells.

If I was 4D I'd just delist off AIM and go on NASDAQ but I imagine they'll stick with dual listing. We're such cucks in UK once the US have bid it up 10x our moron Fund Managers and PIs will suddenly grow some balls and start buying taking us to 100x

You look at Seres and realise that's a market with a large pool of forward looking investors... then you look at 4D on AIM and realise that this is an impoverished market where the limited money jumps from one share to another, mainly due to the prevailing attitude being of the kcowe variety.

That did arise and the locations were as you stated but it's not on the trials website and the Company haven't confirmed it. I can't find the link but there definitely was one about a month ago.

I think if they did do a raise then it should not be discounted as demand will be just as good. Will be happy to see a raise at 100p.

I'm not worried by a raise it will be done for a reason... we need Growth Capital because we have assets worth investing in

We really do need to raise £100-200m to be getting on with creating Multi Billion dollar assets

We raised at 35p and were at 180p within months so it's stupid cuck behaviour to be scared of a raise

Devonlad. Agreed. Why not question if the whole conference was arranged on this day of this month solely to help 4D? Ridiculous! This is a big event. If there is indeed anything promising in 4D's cancer therapeutic, they will cease to be under any oncology radars by the second week of November.
