When and if Stig buys/sells/shorts etc is entirely his business, as a bb this one is all the better with his excellent input providing info for punters to do with what they like, I find him pretty helpful so don't accept your points

Nobody is questioning the knowledge just the motive.
This was the comment in the rns from the independent chief investigator of the trial:

""IBS is a common and important condition that can have a significant impact on patients' quality of life. The prospect of a treatment that could equally benefit both IBS-C and IBS-D with a strong safety profile is very compelling," said Prof. Eamonn Quigley, Head of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Houston Methodist Hospital and the Study's Chief Investigator."I am impressed with the improvement in bowel habit that was observed for Blautix in both IBS-C and IBS-D in the current trial, and believe that it is deserving of further study as it could provide an attractive treatment option in the future."

Does that sound like a failure and incidentally any idiot calling the Phase 2 Blautix trial a failure, is also in effect calling 4D Pharma's Chief Scientific officer a liar. Hardly the grounds for investing, depending on one's agenda of course.

i get what your saying....But he's knowledgable in this sector, no doubt about that. He's in CX4D with me, and he's been telling the truth.. i can verify this. Also DDDD as a great deal of potencial imo...Maybe from a lower base.

NASDAQ listing a big plus without a doubt. Will last weeks performance effect listing chances there or not ? Covid / Asthma trial news will bring with it a cash injection if positive.

Exeter RD@E hospital has gone from 4 CV19 cases on Friday to 25 today. Across the board emergency meetings took place earlier this evening at consultant and Trust level.

Plymouth are in the same boat with Torbay slightly behind.

A pretty grim picture is beginning to emerge again at a much quicker rate than in March.

IBS aside, our Covid trial will be back on point.

Yep but with a massive market cap compared to us, although in my eyes we are far in advance of them, also we are holding 1000+ patents.

Yes ozzy, that is correct, we just have 20 times more patents, just need a successful phase 3 and a Nasdaq listing.

1sjh, you pays your money you takes your chance.... 100m in bank and 4d are not 104p per share... that's for each one of us to work out ourselves, risk/reward....

Nice post Dave, agree with you on the fund raise. The directors that bought actually proportionately increased there holding. They probably could have raised a lot more. Had a response to the vaccine question from ir, will post it tomorrow but they basically said all is progressing well but we are not going to provide more details due to the nature of the agreement.

There are many catalysts that would quickly bring us back up to previous highs as pointed out by Stig. A combination of two or three would raise our profile and go a long way to reducing the speculative image of this company.

I think there is a general misunderstanding regarding 4d, Live Biotherapeutics and expectations, it appears to me a business of percentages and interpretation of Statistically significant,Blautix was statistically significant but not the wonder pill the market desired... I'm with the company on this one, blautix will have an impact on the lives of ibs sufferers, as will mrx0158 on cancer sufferers and most likely the vast majority of 4d portfolio of novel treatments that are in development, no miracle cures but a percentage improvement for sufferers in most fields, general I believe that's what medicines aims are, percentages, had Astra Zeneca developed these products, the market would have been in raptures over it, 4d on aim with cash till q1 not so much....This is where I believe the bod are ahead of the game, my suspicions were aroused at the generally pointless 7m raise, for me that was a mates rates raise, I believe the bod know of a near term milestone hit, taking on a non exec director, expanding developments, projects etc etc is not the story of a company soon to run out of cash... I am more confident than ever of the path 4d are walking....

Chart trying to put in a base above 100p

Given how shot investor confidence is after the IBS 'Fail' and the 'normal' volatility of 10-15% I would not be surprised to see an attempt made to break out to the downside and test the 200 day Moving Average

However happy to scale in at every 10p down as I have at 110p and 100p. Missed out on the 90p add as it didn't quite go down to that level.

On the long term chart this will just look like the blip it is in retrospect. Interesting how on the weekly it is now gathering 'strength' in between the 50 and 200 week moving average just as Seres did before its big breakout

Hard to see right now what could be THE catalyst for us to break decisively to the upside but the cancer posters in November or Covid19 prelim readout or any vaccine progress/milestone from MSD would be candidates as would licencing of MRx0518 to Merck / Bristol Myers / Roche ? for a Phase III ? Recent one off drug deals with hundred million type upfronts can not be ruled out. Bristol Myers and Roche are playing catch up to Merck on Immuno-Oncology and they could do with upping their game on the microbiome front.
