FWIW I agree that it will be better for 4D to partner up with IBS rather than push it alone. If the basic platform and approach works we want to be concentrating firepower on the big, clear winners. Phase 3 is costly and Blautix results were OK, but not enough to justify becoming the focus of company.I wonder whether it might be best for company at this stage of development to market Blautix as some sort of health supplement that can be got outside of medical channels. It seems the IBS community are well connected and the safety profile means it could be earning revenues quickly rather than being a cost?

Stig is just ramping his position now he is buying .The ego is inflated because a few people like what he posts but it's not a balanced view but I do agree it's time to buy although the market seems to be very nervous

stigologists arrogance knows no bounds! stating the ibs trial was a fail....the day after the co. has reiterated otherwise...fyi the plan was always to partner or license it out...this was discussed months ago...but thinks he knows better than the ceo of the company lol! whatever next

Forming a great base here.

200 day EMA rising rapidly to act as support.

RSI way oversold.

I don't think long term shareholders will do badly accumulating more here. That's what I'm doing.

We've been told the Company is going to release 3 Poster Presentations on MRx0518 Nov 9th-14th.

Only about 20 trading days to load up before some potentially game changing news.

MRx0518 is only our First gen cancer drug. So far demonstrated to work in combo with a $20bn p.a. product Mercks Keytruda and enhance that product by c. 40% ! It doesn't take a genius to work out what that could be worth in Commercial terms.

I'm confident enough in 4D prospects (and honest enough) that I can hold two opposing thoughts in my head at the same time.

4D have a game changing drug for a $200bn p.a. cancer market enough to make us a 10 bagger, 100 bagger maybe even 1000 bagger

AND

4D IBS trial was a 'fail'. It will be a waste of money 4D progressing Blautix into Phase III. Licence it out to Big Pharma who have lower cost of capital and lower investment hurdle rates.

After today's news on RG loading up and the 3 presentations4D is making at SITC had hoped for a better reaction tbh.Hopefully onwards and upwards. Personally hoping 4D takes the partner route for Blautix Phase 3 trials because a) very costly and b) very risky. (I was invested in MTFB so know only too well!)Much better, imo, to progress the entire current pipeline of 16 projects of which only need one or two successes to transform this company a la SERES, but honestly with the safety profile demonstrated to date we could easily hit 8+ successes. Then it's a case of working through the other 1000 or so candidates catalogued to date. The potential here is mind boggling.It's a real shame there is not the proper funding infrastructure in place in the UK because the AIM market is more about short term gains rather than real value creation.

You will get the Sng placing price anyway on the market, as with most placings. Maybe even below! I did with tils!They only say only open to current investors to butter them up. That being said investors have made a mint over there fair play

I’m not against SNG fundraise it could be very rewarding if they get the trial completed on time and let’s be honest it’s a fair price so not massive dilution.
Most on this thread I would imagine would settle for a similar discounted fund raise I certainly would.
Without a licensing deal with reasonable upfront for IBS we will be need cash by 1st quarter 2021 best case scenario

Nothing wrong with a fundraise for genuine Growth Capital.

However SNG look like they are admitting failure in getting a Partner to fund Phase III

and nobody can abide fork-tongued scum who sell and then talk a stock down

I'm sure they will find a partner to take IBS to phase 3. It is a huge untapped market as there isn't an effective treatment that works to date. The only drugs on the market today treat the symptoms not the cause. 4D's product is already proven to be safe and it works on both types of IBS. If 4D aim high they will secure the help of one of the larger high profile pharma companies.
