15/10/2020 23:53 | Interesting. US upping their game on covid trials. Would be good if 4D could get involved. Noticeable these treatments require IV infusion Huge scope for a simple pill to take pressure off healthcare resources | the stigologist
15/10/2020 23:07 | Please Andy take your medicine. Maybe you can join one of dddd trials as u is delusional. I am sorry you feel like that. It does not give pleasure to be the giver of bad news. Please understand only the doormat should be chucked on this at 34p. Ant Stealing is Good | the ant
15/10/2020 22:58 | Just checked through colleagues data re. the SITC leak.. Nowt revealed about 4D that wasn't already mentioned by peyton the other day. i.e. that they will be there. the stocks that shone were those where full abstracts were published in error. 4d just appeared on the list of co's presenting....and the world knows that already. | threadworm
15/10/2020 22:36 | the ant and bb8 same idiots. Get back in your hole. on a better note, eagerly awaiting revelations from SITC. Perhaps more leaks? They may as well let it all out of the bag now. Also quite amazing 47% increase on just phase 1. 3 presentations for 4D, 2 good'nes out of 3 will do or perhaps all 3. Do you think share price will go up by 50%? | andyr42
15/10/2020 22:28 | Without aim 4d would never gotten this far, purpose served and outgrown now, time to bring in a more appreciative audience... | daveweld2
15/10/2020 21:53 | We are on the cesspit that is aim | gooner1886
15/10/2020 21:50 | Replimune Phase 1 results - market goes mental. 4D Phase 2 results ; 3 presenters at SITC and share price gets a battering. What am I missing here?htTps://www.glo | pp_7
15/10/2020 21:43 | Great find Stig. A 47% rise here tomorrow would be most welcome!! | pp_7
15/10/2020 21:33 | 4D mentioned in that story. We have 3 shots at goal at SITC Imagine they could all be v.good Open Label trials at least in 2 cases so chances v.good. You don't say you're excited if you're going to present duff data. | the stigologist
15/10/2020 21:31 | Extraordinary ! The SITC breaks its own embargo, and the ensuing chaos sees Replimune, Iovance and Incyte move. The Society of the Immunotherapy of Cancer added an extra frisson to its annual meeting by inadvertently revealing full abstracts on its website yesterday, four weeks before the embargo on these was supposed to have lifted. The mistake was soon rectified, but not before some investors took screenshots and acted on the information, resulting in Replimune surging 47%. Iovance was another early riser, and in common with Replimune it put its data into the public domain once the SITC mistake was noticed. For others the uncertainty will continue, with most of the market being aware only of the presentation titles. | the stigologist
15/10/2020 20:50 | I had taken for granted the reddit blautix user. However before the results I went on reddit and looked, upon clicking on the guys profile I managed to discover this person was a serial reviewer of medical trials. He could be very sick lol, I dont know. It was same day as 4d released the Q3 update. Combined with the stated limited cash reserves it was this that convinced me to sell last batch.. | 1sjh
15/10/2020 20:49 | Devonlad, they must have a different strain, and i'm positive a superior strain. They wouldn't have been able to get the patent if it had been the same strain. The Holland and Barrett version also fixed my Diverticulitis. The probios on offer are a stab in the dark, totally different from what DDDD are doing. Once DDDD and other gut bacteria companies get going in a serious way, pinpointing the different diseases then probio companies will be history. However, at this moment in time they are the best that are on offer be it of a somewhat hit and miss nature. | swallowsflysouth
15/10/2020 20:46 | Thanks for the chart Stig. Great response. | showmethemoneyhoney01
15/10/2020 20:39 | Sfs, why dont you email ir and ask the question, do they have a superior strain. After all, you own part of the business and they might want to trial something. A difficult one with regards to covid and ibs. They will add value but this company operates on a budget so they have to prioritise. My take is that they have gone as far as they want to with ibs and that will be licensed out. Not sure on covid, just got a hunch there is something going on behind the scenes that we are not party too. | devonlad
15/10/2020 20:30 | Disagree Stig. There is a reason why 4D are looking to use there technology to identify cures in various ways with their biotherapeutic understanding. Why would they push aside IBS? Why would they push aside Covid which is spun from their extensive Asthma research and progress? I agree that their Oncology results were outstanding but they have several chances at not only shareholder value creation points but genuine cures for those that suffer from these conditions. | showmethemoneyhoney01
15/10/2020 20:26 | Stig, was not a believer before i took it. Starting on Holland and Barrett version and migrated to probio purely because it contained B Breve as well as other ingredients. Have had serious insomnia for years, tried everything under the sun. Nothing has worked, but this, is early days, but slowly insomnia improving. Costs me nothing extra to maybe get a bit of insurance against catching cv-19. If placebo works against cv-19 as well as it works against insomnia, then i'm all for it. lol | swallowsflysouth
15/10/2020 20:19 | You're clearly a believer and so should not rule out placebo effect. Bit like those people on Reddit who were claiming Blautix (or the placebo) 'cured' their IBS. | the stigologist
15/10/2020 20:16 | Agreed Stig up to a point, as you say i'm equally sure that DDDD have by far the best strain. However, in the absence of availability of the strain they have i go with third best until first best is available. In any case i have had the benefit of the other gut bacteria in this product. I deliberately started using this sort of product after becoming interest in DDDD, snake oil or not it is bloody good. Which means the real McCoy must be fantastic. | swallowsflysouth
15/10/2020 20:03 | That is the Species name. I imagine there are many different strains. e.g. there is one called B632. I imagine 4D have used their Machine Learning expertise to choose the right one. Would not trust any peddlers of 'Probiotic' snake oil. 52 entries come up for a search on ClinicalTrials.gov website | the stigologist
15/10/2020 19:53 | While researching DDDD i came across Bifidobacterium breve (B. breve)which is a highly beneficial bacteria, in fact, it’s one of the most helpful strains out there. Now this is being used by DDDD - "Bifidobacterium breve MRx0004 protects against airway inflammation in a severe asthma model by suppressing both neutrophil and eosinophil lung infiltration" . This information comes from the document below. The point being this bacteria is available in a gut bacteria supplement called probio7 which is believed to give some protection again flu. I assume that they are using a slightly different strain from that being trialed by DDDD for use again cv-19 lung inflammation. However, it may as it is related give some protection against cv-19 ? Just a random thought, I am taking it as it is helping with my insomnia It has also give me more energy. hxxps://www.4dpharma | swallowsflysouth |
