It could well be but its going to be mighty difficult to prove as they'll just blame everything on external circumstance such as the prevailing market conditions and then you just haven't got a bloody leg to stand on buddy.

I've emailed the Administrator with all these concerns ....And any fire sale bid offered ...Should include transparency share holders ...In short .... is SO involved !!

Imo this whole saga goes back to the Neil Woodford days ...OF only had one goal ....Imo they were in bed with Steven O ..It was a contrived attack on DDDD pharmaceutical....Are the SEC involved... i think yes !! American side... SPAC shareholders

Relatively early stage pharma can offset tax losses but then why were Oxford Finance in such a hurry to litigate against non-compliance of contractual obligations for such a menial sum when compared to 4Ds outlook, hmmm!

We shall wait and see backbone. From appearances Oxford did not act in good faith, and neither did the BoD. Whether the Administrators are also acting in good faith with regards a sale remains to be seen.

They maybe a preferential creditor in respect of JakNife but they're still regarded as being an unsecured creditor ultimately.
