Asset values will also have dropped 80% on same day, if have any of note .

IPs probably worthless and making up most of Balance sheet as per norm with these companies

...But its a rather pointless exercise for 4D to hold an AGM as they have absolutely no responsibility over 4D assets now or even going forward, dont you think?

I actually think they might have a chance of a short term finance deal to pay OF given the quantum involved - as you note with £2m/month ongoing costs though how can it possibly continue as a going concern.

AGM finished and trying to rescue short term finance deal to repay OF. Administrator working with company but they are only really concerned with getting enough to pay OF debt and asset sales other route but at fire sake prices so might be nothing left for shareholders. Duncan supposedly rebutted any pre-pack arrangement....

I guess I was completely insane to have attended the AGM which took place this AM in Leeds. The CEO, CSO and a NED + an Administrator James attended. The fact three BODs attended the AGM did show integrity on their part, so that was nice to see.

One_Frankel - its a lesson not to pre-judge people and events in general, otherwise you are in danger of suffering from the same insanity you are accusing others of. Remember it for the future.

Chance of 4D coming back as a going concern are slim but NOT ZERO! Those who have stake in 4D, I wish them best of luck. Those who haven't and are deliberately trying to rub salt on wounds, I have nothing to say.
