Don't mention HUR. Some similarities here though - if pharma had CPR's not worth toilet paper, this company would have them as well.
I wonder if the BOD here will be deemed to have met the criteria for disqualification from holding future directorships? From the evidence we seem to have so far, it must be a point for consideration.
Not that I care much at this stage. Whatever happens at 4D now, I would never invest in any company that this lot might get involved with in future. GLA.
