thats why they waiting to report that order could get them in profit and theys more orders on way that fire was good for tsp they can look at sells and get some one to make it ps looked at they share holders funds and its at 7.37 m market cap is only 4m this is mad crasy tom says they sell the bussness for 30p a share soon hope he is right

Just a question of waiting for the bid RNS, as the results will simply confirm very low expenditure. With such a low cap and cash on the balance sheet, this is as close a no brainer as you can get.

Perhaps it helps to demonstrate to any potential buyer the ongoing value of the company and may hasten the sale?

As you guys know I give you the true inside news as I get it. Usually bad I hasten to add. Anyway all your posts in the last fortnight re bids etc affecting the price are way of the mark. What Telspec did get last week was confirmation of a contract with Bulgaria for their Telmax Product. Phase 1 for 100,000 Lines which I believe equates to either 2 Million Dollars or Pounds (Not sure). This may lead to further phases. The bad news is they have committed to build this in record time. ie Well within true leadtime.Basically they have not been forecasting material requirements to their suppliers and will now expect everything to be available which it wont. I also believe they have not changed their material specification to ROHs compliant which they need to do. I do not know if Bulgaria is exempt but I certainly dont think this type of Telecoms product is. My sources tell me they believe this contract prolongs the lifespan of the company. This may be good news or if as I suspect it actually justs prolongs the drain on cash reserves then it may not be. Certainly another chunk of material needs to be bought in a hurry.

Operating expenses are now very low. As soon as there is a RNS saying "an approach has been made, which may or may not lead to an offer", then the share price will jump up. People can then decide whether to take a profit or wait for the agreed sale. In the meantime, just bide your time.
