03/2/2006 11:12 | At interims announced on 26/9/5 there was: - a loss of 868k, inc 393k re-structuring charge cash of £5m debtors > creditors by 500k so lets assume we have another loss of £1m to finals in March. It will not be that high, due to cost cutting. that would leave cash of £4m. Now factor in the $4m Pair gain contract at current share price of 10.5, the cap is $4.3m. now consider historical tax losses and breakup value of business and buildings, and you have real value here to be realised with the sale of the business. Looks good to me | howdlep
03/2/2006 10:41 | 80k dumped at 10p, so offer reduced to 11p. MM's looking to square their books on this sale, so a further 35k (buys for 45k so far) to be had at this price. Otherwise, the offer may tick down to 10.5p. However, with a sale of the business likely to relise a lot more than the current cap, due to cash balances, I am happy to take a position here. Value to be had at these levels imo. | howdlep
06/1/2006 16:19 | yes tom tip it at 70p i think | made1686
06/1/2006 14:03 | I believe they are still shelling out costs without return at £200,000+ per month. Cant go on for much longer. | superbigal
06/1/2006 11:50 | Unfortunately I have to agree with you. I keep hearing that the cash this company have are worth the share price alone but thats obviously rubbish as it continues to fall like a stone. I wish I had the courage to get out now and cut my substantial loses but it hardly seems worth it now. | cwake1
05/1/2006 21:41 | YES ON paper this is worth 17p but when will thay give you the money this year next year 10 years from now i sold at 27 p with people saying a big order was on the way the boss then said i am on my way unpayed leave this is a wreck sinking is a sea of snakes the rat,,es have all ready leave the sinking ship same thing happend at mrl ps if it was not for the fire then this would be bust now or round with the beg,,,ing bowl 7p here we come | made1686
05/1/2006 17:45 | It won't die without a distribution of cash to shareholders. | strategy and luck
05/1/2006 16:53 | The downhill Ski-ing season is picking up. No-one is interested in buying them and they have no orders or assets bar cash in bank. I did warn you all numerous times this was dieing. | superbigal
05/1/2006 16:32 | Ok, what's happenning here then? | charmer1_23
15/12/2005 20:32 | yes but when will thay give it back this year next ten years i can see 7p by new year | made1686
07/12/2005 17:56 | Amorruso, 9p would be approx half of the value of the cash and the Rochester building! cwake1, Please advise what mechanism will result in this company not trading other than a sale? Even if the company decided to wind itself up and return cash to shareholders, which is very unlikely, there would be a significant premium to the current price (14p). | strategy and luck
01/12/2005 09:00 | These are history. In 12 months time this company will have stopped trading, Unfortunately not because of a take over. | cwake1
30/11/2005 11:36 | Looks to me like a revisit of the 9p level very soon. | amorruso
28/11/2005 22:32 | GG where are you with your eternal optimism. Still Ski-ing on a giant downhill I fear. | superbigal
21/11/2005 22:45 | In the Top 10 Losers today with No trades and No News. Share-issue value now below value of Money in Bank I believe. | superbigal
16/11/2005 22:46 | Calamity I can assure you there will be no management buyout. They are far to spineless to have any balls to do that. Its when the companies share value actually drops below the value of its assets that we may see some action. Around about 10-12p should see that situation. | superbigal
16/11/2005 17:57 | Maybe an MBO.........then they can really improve the company at our expense...I don't trust any of these boards or managements........t | calamity
15/11/2005 12:03 | If an offer for the Company cannot be secured, or cannot be secured on terms which the Directors are able to recommend to shareholders, the Board will examine all other options which are available to the Group. A further announcement will be released in due course. I know what this means !!!! Do you ? | superbigal |
