22/4/2005 11:40 | HP - I don't know what further investment has been made, since we cashed in, and whether we'd have been better off holding(can't really complain about 10p cash back on a 3 or 4p purchase price, anyhow) but here is the outline: Rgds dell | dell314
22/4/2005 11:28 | Dell, I checked reneuron.com but cant find anything about a NASDAQ listing. The same company? | hugepants
22/4/2005 11:18 | Hugepants - UK-analyst have been giving this a lot of promotion over the last couple of days. I expect one of their pals has bought a large chunk.. Incidentally, did you see that Reneuron is coming back, on the Nasdaq? Those were the days, eh? Rgds dell | dell314
22/4/2005 09:55 | What's going on with this "dog" then :-)) !!! Bit of a shock to see TSP at 24.5p bid when the last time it was on my monitor it was 9p bid ! Gravy | day_dreamer
22/4/2005 06:45 | We've heard the clap of thunder, how long before we find out where the lightning stuck? How many volts, what value, will such bolt/s add to Telspec? Must say, I'm rather excited now we've crossed the 20p mark, even if we should retrace a little, unlikely imo, but may happen. We've witnessed signs of strong investor confidence returning. And why not indeed! Demonstrating that, if nothing else, of itself Telspec has been grossly undervalued for some time, and investors' are content enough just to level the situation based on cash & decent management. Delivering the lightning now, might very well, and I for one expect it, add some decent wattage to this company's bottom line, that will in turn light up the stock & shine for many more years to come. A new time, a new generation of & for; technology and a new phase in Telspec. Enjoy the ride boys, IF as I believe, it transpires of course ;-) GG | goldengoose
21/4/2005 12:10 | take a look at Ashpool on Ofex Voip sales seem to be starting, & say they are going to be profitable for the year with over 3 months to run. Mkt cap less than £700,000 hard to get stock though. | outsider
21/4/2005 07:11 | Rumour has it a certain high profile investor is sniffing round this one.DYOR. | addict
17/4/2005 21:31 | g99........did you not make the same ramp with MMD?.......but you appear to have disappered off that thread.........i wonder why? | vivgav
17/4/2005 06:49 | telspec is now well funded...reorganised i believe there are 4 significant contracts due for telspec.... broadband...will see the company change beyond all recognition...... price target this year.....60-70p..... i've been buying .....and will keep buying this grossly undervalued stock will siemens be first? | g99
07/4/2005 07:16 | News of a substantial contract or two, or any significant increase in cashfow revenues for that matter, should see the stock double at a stroke and head towards a more realistic market valuation. BUT there appears to be too much of an IF about the likelihood, and until that is dealt with, 'cheap as chips' will be the sign hanging on the door. While most investors wait to ensure that lovely, pot o' gold, hasn't a hole in the bottom & see management leak it all away. Patience & trust in the management to see them stick their mark on this one and put a stubby finger in that hole should be well rewarded imo. GG | goldengoose
06/4/2005 12:00 | At last results: Cash = 5.5M Net current assets = 6.9M NTAV = 7.6M But sale of Scottish property after year end has realised another 1M cash and has increased NTAV by 0.3M So now Cash = 6.5M Net current Assets = 7.9M NTAV = 7.9M Current market cap = 5.5M That assumes no cash burn. | hugepants
05/4/2005 12:16 | A bargain at 13p? | hugepants
31/3/2005 07:39 | Superbigal , Please explain how Telspec need 2M per_month turnover to break-even. The last set of results suggest they need less than 1M to break-even. | rangers99
31/3/2005 00:38 | tom say a profit 2005 2006 and big orders tom is neaver wrong one pound by xmas | made1686
30/3/2005 23:39 | As I have previously spouted Telspec require turnover of 2 million per month too break even. That is not happening. Yes they may have made the right cuts/decisions etc and got lucky with the fire. But there are NO ORDERS, so how do they turnover 25million+ ????????????? | superbigal
30/3/2005 14:04 | All Im doing is looking at last years H1 to get an estimate. H2 was affected by lost revenues in the fire and other exceptionals so difficult to work out underlying strength of the business. Last years H1 had an operating loss of about 1.6M but there has been significant cost cutting in salaries and other operating costs, over 2M since beginnning of H1, the move to China, and increased interest from the cash resources. Is it all that unrealistic to assume that with the stringent cost cutting, and optimistic outlook statement, that near break-even isn't a possibility. | rangers99
30/3/2005 02:18 | Not worth a second look - let alone a first look - I would strongly advise to not get involved in this one. | insiderinside
30/3/2005 00:35 | How can you break even with NO ORDERS ? They still spend 6-700k per month. Telspec material costs account for around 75% of product cost. Labour costs on their product were not high anyway. Moving their volume to China will not save the fortunes you think. | superbigal
29/3/2005 14:36 | Your shares are now worth 14p. | strategy and luck
29/3/2005 13:33 | Current market cap 5.9M, Net cash 6.5M after 1M from property sale after year end. Operating costs slashed by 2.5M since Jan 2004 . Id think should be close to breakeven now after significant cost cutting and manufacturing moved to China. | rangers99
15/3/2005 23:15 | yes 1m profit for 2005 to 2006 cash 7 m 2006 2007 5m cash 12 m 2007 2008 30m profit cash 42 m yes you are right could very well be five pound a share | made1686
15/3/2005 17:49 | Depends on results of new deals I'd say, sure it won't happen tomorrow. But the view cannot go ignored. Off for a few weeks, be back to see the price settle a bit the other side of 20 perhaps. | goldengoose
15/3/2005 16:55 | Bloody hell mate you are optimistic!! One pound, would mean that TSP would be trading at around 5 or 6 times Price To Sales Ratio. There might be a bit of upside from here but not anywhere remotely near that level. Amo | amorruso
15/3/2005 12:00 | if we break 20p 30p is on the card,,,,,ss and evern one pound | made1686 |
