07/4/2006 14:17 | I've just recieved this e-mail from Telspec, not sure of the actual amount of sales increase that will result from it. not much I expect, if the falling price is anything to go by. Is this type of e-mail a sign of disperation for Telspec. Fater Delivery from TelMax X Telspec is pleased to announce that its latest product TelMax X a 2mbit EI / IP Line Extender has been further developed to now operate at 4 Mbps per link in accordance with the latest ETSI ".bis" standards. TelMax X supports one, two, three or four links which when bonded together can now provide an impressive 16 Mbps data transmission between locations. This positions TelMax X at the very heart of the expansion of Business services, being especially suited to Businesses which utilise Virtual Private Networks between their operating sites. "This development further demonstrates the flexibility of the TelMax X product, which delivers a wider range of services at faster rates than a traditional E1 extender. With the versatility of supporting any combination of E1, IP, X21 and V35 services, now combined with the faster data rates, whilst still being highly price competitive, we believe it represents the best solution for business requiring inter-site communication" Jeff May, Group Sales and Marketing Director. For more details on TelMax X or other Telspec produucts, visit our website at www.telspec.co.uk or email us at sales@telspec.co.uk. Best regards, Telspec | bluelynx

30/3/2006 13:25 | Made 1686 I have no assosciation with Telspec. I do however work in the Electronics Industry in a rather higher capacity. | superbigal
30/3/2006 08:02 | Friendzarin do I really pain you ? or is it just the news I bring ? Heres a cute bit of gossip for you all. I noticed in the results they stated servicing and repairs had moved from Perth to Rochester. Too let you in on a little secret on that "Cost cutting excercise", Telspec made Perth staff with product experience on low wages redundant and actually had to recruit in Kent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was purely seen as empire building by those trying too protect their own little corner. Is that the sign of stability ? | superbigal
29/3/2006 22:10 | Friendzarin - 29 Mar'06 - 20:05 - 159 of 160 Just as a matter of interest howdlep do you know the management ? No I do not know them. Whilst I appreciate your comments re the declining share price, I can only state that an initial purchase below 11p represents real value for my own risk/reward profile. Had I bought at much higher prices, I would have had to weigh up the cashburn versus the prospect of a bid. A difficult decision when trying to preserve capital. As it is, I hope we will get a bid within a relatively short period of time. | howdlep
29/3/2006 19:05 | Just as a matter of interest howdlep do you know the management ? There is an NPD guy as a CEO in a turnaround situation...when the product range has been the biggest single failure ...this is not a good omen for success or cost reduction. I've met the old board of which he was a member...was not impressed...since which time he's been promoted. My average price is 61p...I had 300,000 at that level ..now down to 150000 all in PEP's therefore have no CGT loss but have waited for an upturn in fortunes...it ain't going to happen now is it having read these results ? As much as it pains me ...I think superbigal unfortunately has the inside track. Every time I unload I seem to move the price down so although there is no incentive to sell..there is even less incentive to hold | friendzarin
29/3/2006 16:35 | FWIW I think that management will give themselves a few more months to complete the sale, then will be forced to re focus and cut costs even more. I am comfortable at this point and I suspect little was mentioned of the bidding process for good reason. Perhaps we are closer to one party making an offer for the company, but they have waited for today's results to be published. That said, their due dilliegence would have inc the current cash position and more detailed revenue projections since year end? | howdlep |
