01/7/2005 16:34 | Looks likes someone is accumulating all the small sells, late 75,000 buy reported just before close to add to the recent 100,000 buy. | bluelynx
29/6/2005 09:50 | Friendzarin I to have noticed that the price is holding up very well considering the consistent selling, normally only a little selling sends the price falling. May be we will hear that Colin Blackbourne has been picking up these sold shares. | bluelynx
29/6/2005 09:18 | Well someones accumulating .Sold 20k today ..went through straightaway .Sold a couple of 10k tranches recently as well which went immediately.Only got 180k left now at an average price of 63p ..DOH. | friendzarin

13/6/2005 08:38 | Still no news of the rumoured deals....it looks as if the price will drift back to the 10-12p level if an announcement of a deal is not made soon. Telspec's products it would appear are outdated and not what potential customers require. It looks like TSP are only consistent in their ability to disappoint shareholders. Lets hope they provide us with some good news soon but I fear there is little hope of this. | bluelynx

12/5/2005 18:14 | I know I said I would keep quiet but sorry. Im not bragging but that the bloke badmouthing me and promising orders 2 weeks ago was proved wrong. I have in the last few days spoken to 3 different component distributors with contracts to supply Telspec. They have been given the details of the Chinese sub-con. The contracts were to stand and these distributors to ship at the agreed prices to the far east. MMMMMMM So far not a single decent order has been placed on these suppliers. I wonder why. Telspec product is heavily populated with INFINEON chipsets. Unfortunately I have been unable to confirm if Infineon are seeing any orders. These contracts have now been delayed for month after month. I can guarantee NO BT major work in the pipeline. Have a look at www.myacom.com who Telspec have a cut in. They do the BT product design. Not a lot happening there. Good luck all. | superbigal
12/5/2005 17:44 | Well someones positive !!! Telspec - AGM 12 May 2005 (18:24:03) Telspec - AGM Telspec (TSP) today held its AGM and the news is, on balance, positive. Let us start with the bad news. That is to say the two Broadband projects mentioned in Telspec's finals have yet to be signed off and due to lower sales of Pair gain products because one major customer has deferred a large order. These however are temporary issues. The good news, which has more longer term relevance, is both on the revenue side and on the cost side. In terms of the former, the transition to offering a range of broadband and VoIP telephony products is complete with three new products now being actively marketed. In terms of costs, manufacturing in China has started and the old Scottish factory should be completed by the end of this month. Moreover cost cutting (i.e. P45s all round has already taken place in Spain and Perth and is underway at the Rochester HQ. The bottom line is hat Telspec has slashed its cost base and so is operationally geared when new orders start to arrive. Meanwhile, by the end of the month it will still have c£6 million net cash. The shares were marked back today by 2.5p to 22.5p valuing the company at around £9 million. That means the actual business is being valued at just £3 million. Given that its huge historic losses give it real tax shelter that could easily equate to a 2006 PE of 3 or perhaps less than 2. My stance remains "buy." Not mine but t1ps.com | roussillon
