20/10/2024 12:39 | There was nothing in opti news to justify the rise. Another walk up before the known? (as per norm every other time anyway) | putinaire
20/10/2024 12:37 | Given the methods opti confirm as their standard and historically shown to be so, you have to question at what stage, somebody really knew about all this and so query the timelines | putinaire
20/10/2024 12:21 | OptiBiotix advised of its recent successful fundraise of £1.35m by the Company and identified lack of market communication Lol | putinaire
20/10/2024 12:20 | "This suggested course of action prompted an outright refusal from OptiBiotix. OptiBiotix advised of its recent successful fundraise of £1.35m by the Company and identified lack of market communication by Mr Andersen as the main reason for the failed PBX fundraise. OptiBiotix requested that PBX increase its news flow to potentially support the share price and build positive investor sentiment ...] .............. Anything material is an auto release. 'OptiBiotix requested that PBX increase its news flow to potentially support the share price' Are these guys for real? May as well request fraud. Manipulate share price with news so they could then dilute everyone? Starting to see clearly, the method of certain companies now lol | putinaire
20/10/2024 12:15 | is that what they are calling it? A vote of no confidence? Lol. More like a vote of who should be shafting PI's | putinaire
20/10/2024 12:09 | Not that I am aware of. Luckily I have never actually been holding a share where there has been a vote of no confidence. Usally the threat of one does the trick It looks to me that the NEDS and OPTI have been complacent and almost condoned his behaviour by there own similar actions in not issuing trading statements, and not acting when PBX faild to update on a promise to issue a trading statement. Supported by the fact OPTI havent issued a trading statement since 2022. They both like to keep stakeholders in the dark, especially over finances and Revenues. ''building nicely'' in one mans book meand 'dire' to another.... There are also question as to if OPTI misled investors previosuly or not, ref shareprophets. Seneca need to be asking questions of themselves and OPTI as well IMO. | pj 1
20/10/2024 11:51 | So i hear anyway. | putinaire
20/10/2024 11:51 | do reputational damage? Whole city laughing at them already. It's been the entertainment of every lunchbreak across London | putinaire
20/10/2024 11:50 | Only in North Korea | putinaire
20/10/2024 11:39 | If the board Reinstate Anderson and his buddy after the majority of shareholders vote for the resolutions and remove them from the board, then they will do untold reputational damage to themselves. Are there any precedents set like this? | jmf69
19/10/2024 10:03 | Ashman is on the acquisition trail. 😉 Also, PJ, you like to refer to such stocks as POS. It dawned on me the other day. P for PBX, O for Opti and S for SBTX. Though latter is picking up. Still 2 out of 3 ain't bad. 🎶Though actually the other 2 are quite poor at present. | m4rtinu
19/10/2024 08:06 | Maybe someone will come in, put in a bid for OPTI and PBX and we can get rid of the rotten lot. | pj 1
18/10/2024 07:30 | He needs to go along with other board members by the sounds of it | jmf69
15/10/2024 14:35 | Steen did very good business. Think about it re opti and sbtx he will have seen you all shafted on a yearly basis including at PBX before listed. Why would he let others decide who the raise came from? History was terrible across the 3. Bottom line. Seneca didnt get to shaft you here at lows, and fkn fuming haha | putinaire
15/10/2024 14:30 | The 2018 CLN had options at 50% discount to IPO for a start...That always kills IPO price so they took 50% from you off the bat, years before it even listed | putinaire
15/10/2024 14:28 | Donr know why anyone blames the board at PBX. Its not like they spun it out of opti for a cash cow | putinaire
15/10/2024 09:16 | It would help to know O Haras immediate response to the raise. What was it? | putinaire
15/10/2024 09:14 | Will the voting breakdown be public? It ought to be | putinaire
15/10/2024 09:14 | Re who has pledged allegiance and who hasn't so far? | putinaire
15/10/2024 09:13 | So what's the voting breakdown? He obviously has O Hara over a barrel, or O Hara was not oblivious all along . One or the other. Both scenarios dodgy and can't find another | putinaire
15/10/2024 09:06 | This ceo can not be trusted. This announcement stinks to high heaven. The recent flurry of updates to the market leading to a significant increase in share price from the placing price does not sit right at all. Should they have communicated a little better and bothered to update the market they would have got better value for shareholders with this raise and none of this would be happening. Instead, the CEO's mate comes aboard disgustingly cheaply. He has to go. | pocketchangegame
15/10/2024 09:00 | What Steen did with fundraise and gift to close associate was very poor. But if he goes what next? | m4rtinu
15/10/2024 08:16 | 100% correct | trotterstrading |
