Re the CLN structure of raising money for the 'possible' listing of PBX, back in 2018

OptiBiotix plc has subscribed for £250,000 of CLNs. Steve O'Hara, a director of the Company, has subscribed for £25,000 and certain close family members of Mr. O'Hara have subscribed for £265,000. In addition, Per Rehné, a director of the Company, has subscribed for £25,000. The remaining subscribers include two institutional investors and two industry partners.



The CLNs can be converted at a fifty per cent. discount to the issue price of ProBiotix shares in the event of an IPO. The CLNs carry an interest rate of 3% per annum above the Bank of England Base Rate.

Just wondering what drove it from circa 24p to 3.5p

I think we are being a bit harsh! I would more describe it as halting. Steen's 1st language, as we know is Danish, and at times he was searching for words. But I wouldn't like to attempt giving a presentation in Danish. Also, he has been in post 18 months, so possibly still has a bit to learn about the company. We are used to SOH trotting out very similar presentations, which by now he could do in his sleep. I'm sure Steen's fluency will improve.

On the Q&A he didn't appear to avoid questions. Whether his answers were completely reassuring remains to be seen. From recall, he seems confident forecast sales will provide the company with enough funds going forward. Obviously this is the key. I will need to look again at early slides, but don't remember seen actual figures for these forecasts. (Was watching on very small screen)!!

That presentation was a big waste of time. A more articulate speaker would have improved it, but it really was painful bumbling!

I doubt that is true Mingy. They all seem classily credible to me. Esp the CEO and the independent media. Im sure they were all just giving an honest opinion on a total fkn fraud, unwittingly

No idea if this is true but rumours in the states say that for years, circa 130s to 70s, OPTi were trying to silence the bearish during blags via legal threats? And paying crews via paywall content as payment, to defame anyone bearish over the years?

Somebody show me how the dumping of SBTX of circa 30% float so far, which led to a cash raise in March so not out of money by july, can have the last circa 12% plus pbx shares classed as fkn tangible assets given losses

What was the net money received from a 30% dump out of sbtx? And where is it

because looking at sbtx market cap v the average sell price by opti, there should be much more cash im bank, or assets on books - unless - the dealer of the stock is on 90% lol
