05/9/2024 12:03 | SOH steps in for the interim. | jmf69
05/9/2024 12:01 | Good response by SOH/OPTI. Agree with sentiment that this should be stopped. However, PBX will be (are already?) in a bit of a pickle. Which won't necessarily help us shareholders. If Steen was forced out, what next? | m4rtinu
05/9/2024 11:43 | There is zero benefit in moving to AIM Steen must have seen Stuart rasing funds he didnt need and thought if its good enough for SA then its good enough for me What a fiasco this all is | pj 1
05/9/2024 10:18 | Funny isn't it OPTI and Illegal in one sentence | putinaire
05/9/2024 09:40 | OPTI not happy about the raise. Understandable | jmf69
04/9/2024 13:16 | I think SOH was responsible for listing on Aquis. I wrote to him at the time saying I thought it was a mistake. Pure speculation on my behalf but if it had been listed on AIM I suspect the share price would have been higher and consequently the raise would have been at a higher price. | nik7907
04/9/2024 12:51 | I imagine SOH probably isn't pleased. However, and I don't know how these things work, Opti held around 45% of shares at time of PBX listing. Also, SOH is a director. What power would he /Opti have had to stop this? | m4rtinu
04/9/2024 07:43 | If I was a cynic, I'd say this was done deliberately | jmf69
04/9/2024 07:37 | Jmf. I assume that means they couldn't raise funds from anywhere else , | pj 1
04/9/2024 07:25 | Let’s hope TW has a word with soh, always tricky with a raise, especially on aquis. | anderson3
04/9/2024 07:10 | I disagree. We need to add up how much of these repetitive placings are going on Director remuneration. 3 boards and not one is yet profitable. The spin off raised funds to reach profitability dlegedly. | pj 1
04/9/2024 06:44 | Tha management let the share price completely collapse with a lack of communication and regular updates and then issue shares at a ridiculously cheap price to someone who Steen says "I have known both individuals for many years." | jmf69
04/9/2024 06:25 | Well, it's a lot of the company to "give away". Wonder what SOH thinks with Opti's large stake? But if they needed funds, I don't suppose there were many options. In some ways it's a very proactive move but remains to be seen what "opportunities" these funds allow us to take. | m4rtinu
04/9/2024 06:15 | Use some of the new cash to get the shares on to AIM and get everything much more tradable. | aspex
30/8/2024 08:29 | Quite a few positives. Any views on large increase in receivables? Haven't checked why costs are [Edit: relatively] low. And they will increase with new Sales Managers. One in place, one to come. Brief reference to share liquidity and exchanges. Perhaps not dismissing a move. I would buy if dealing wasn't so prohibitive for adding small, regular amounts. | m4rtinu
30/8/2024 07:01 | Growing nicely | trotterstrading

30/8/2024 06:28 | Strange day to announce results. Personally I'd have waited until next week | jmf69
28/8/2024 18:12 | I agree that this could be on the verge of decent growth so I have been adding small amounts over the last few months, I've had to ignore the obscene spread. SPRP multi-bagged on the old PLUS Markets some years ago. It can happen | pj 1 |
