28/9/2024 08:21 | Fk all to do with retail interests. CLN Key Points ● OPTI holders paið 3% yield for years to the CLN holders on a company not yet listed. ● They gave themselves a 50% discount available on IPO price. Opti raises each year were also paying the yield.(no profits org) ● The CEO and 'family'took around a quarter of the CLN ● The other mates not named. Seneca one? So don't talk to me about a raise shafting PIs. They got shafted for 6 years running, prior , and at IPO And every other raise and bond within the 3 companies 'that were fine' | putinaire
28/9/2024 08:17 | The truth is simple. The people meant to make money from this raise, are not | putinaire
28/9/2024 08:16 | None of you know anything without a detailed ownership and options executed breakdown on the PBX CLN of 2018 All I know is that OPTI controlled all raises, CLNs and Bonds re opti/sbtx/pbx until now And suddenly this one isn't right 😂 | putinaire
28/9/2024 07:57 | OPTI and SoH are the biggest PBX SH's do you really think he would take the course of action that would send them to the wall? What is demonstrates is that they (and Seneca) believe this is the only course of action available to stop Steen and his pals taking control of the Co on the cheap, and IMHO taking it Private at knock down price in a year or so, shafting SH's in the process | trotterstrading
28/9/2024 07:53 | PBX Corp Advisor are Peterhouse, need I say more? | trotterstrading
26/9/2024 15:51 | Wouldn't that bank losses for current holders? How would SoH justify listing it in the first place? | pj 1
26/9/2024 15:14 | Best thing to do would be de-list and bring back into OPTI. Was a foolish notion to spin it off in the first place. I'm not sure who, apart from the PBX directors, has actually benefited from this fiasco? Certainly not the shareholders. Do the decent thing SOH and Seneca, do the kitchen sink job and draw a line under this sorry saga, sooner rather than later please. | dire cons
26/9/2024 14:49 | It happens.Feels like Anderson has been manipulating the share price so he could place with his friends at a bargain price.Adding a new board member and there are fears he could move the entire operation to Denmark and take the company private for almost nothing. He has already shown he doesn't care about existing shareholders. If he did, he would have atleast made an effort to boost the share price with all the news he could have released but didn't. Something stinks. | jmf69
26/9/2024 09:33 | I think we are underestimating how severe a vote of no confidence is. In my opinion there is only one that is worse and that reads ''appointment of administrators''. | pj 1
26/9/2024 09:16 | Well, the NOMAD would know, and I cannot believe for a minute they would have endorsed that had it not been true. | pj 1
26/9/2024 09:13 | You seem to be believing what was stated in the Probiotix rns yesterday where it states prior to the June 28th results announcement, they made aware Seneca and OptiBiotix for the need for funding. This contradicts their statements in the IMC where investors were told no funding was required and increasing revenue would cover increasing costs etc. They both can't be true. For me, the Probiotix rns is full of porkie pies. | jmf69
26/9/2024 08:58 | The knock on effect could last for years. Unless Seneca put their hand in their pocket, which it seems they didnt do last time, then this could be the start of the end. We all seem to be ignoring that they failed to get funding. | pj 1
26/9/2024 06:31 | Bye bye Anderson with OptiBiotix voting to kick him and the new guy out. That's a lot of votes. | jmf69
25/9/2024 15:32 | Look at the fudging spread | christopher logsdon
25/9/2024 11:52 | The house of cards will tumble. 'Once tbmhey start fighting within, it's all over ' | putinaire
25/9/2024 11:50 | So O Hara supposedly now wholly supports Steen. That's everyone else's theory out the window . Looks like O Hara happy to see all diluted to bits. But hardly surprising. The king of it . Or is he bluffing? Seneca dudes are a day 1 op chum for investor dumping Hard to know. Only 1 fact for today.. It's all dodgy at opti/sbtx/pbx | putinaire
25/9/2024 07:11 | He'll have trouble selling that many on the aquis market | jmf69
25/9/2024 06:49 | I wonder what his mate will do with his holding if steen goes, presumably keen to hold still as he was invested because of the company's prospects! | gary hindsight
25/9/2024 06:44 | Serves him right abusing shareholders for the benefit of his mate | gary hindsight
25/9/2024 06:04 | All kicking off. | glennrcharles
16/9/2024 19:47 | The biased wont agree. But all O Hara was planning was a fast study and a milking session like sbtx. The destiny was there for all to see. Another little cashcow that BTW, started in 2018 with 3% CLN yield for the family Literally from day 1, a family milker. Long before it even actually existed (listed) Hilarious Nice one Steen. Another big raise soon please | putinaire
16/9/2024 19:44 | Everyone is worried about how cheap a raised takeover might be Why? Look at the state of the other two | putinaire
16/9/2024 19:43 | Obviously he was able to tell Ashamn who to choose and when lol | putinaire |
