Not exactly OHara has a history of ''fully funded'' and then either selling SBTX or Placing.... Steen probably thinks this behaviour is normal...just like any child follows its parent.

I'll be amazed if OPTI support any vote of no confidence because there should have been one on OHara in my opinion.

Well why not? Why is Steen as ceo, not entitled to do raises etc with his selections? Are you suggesting that those not running the company should pick?

Raises were obviously coming . Even opti were only surprised by 'the timing'and not the raise

So select who? Somebody else's mate? Isnt it a good thing to know who you deal with?

Lets put it this way. All opti and sbtx raises didn't do you any favours. So I don't see why retail should be bothered

Steen Anderson has fully used it to his own advantage. Practically giving away a big chunk to his mate.What's stopping him now issuing even more shares so he and his mate have a majority and taking it private at a ridiculously low price again?

Money well raised BTW Steen. Excellent value all around.

Last time I saw a million raised for PBX, it was a CLN that had OPTI holders paying 3% yield for years when rates were near zero, plus an optional 50% discount on IPO price
