I can safely say that's the fastest legal advice ever seen in markets , from time contacted to RNS . By a long margin

Legal firm cant just go through one statement. They would hsve ro go through the whole history with a fine tooth comb to make sure its not somehow negated by other text etc

Looking at Steens and Ashmans salaries, always been a massive red flag

Paid huge money for what is a job not worth minimum wage right now

Its a typical methodology to keep such positions 'compliant' and willing to take instruction

Think Ashman will ever get that salary anywhere again? He knows he wont too. And that's the whole point

My take on it

Opti knew exactly what was coming, and the method. Somebody spotted it so they ran for cover

If I'm correct, Steen will get a pay rise, not sacked. For taking the flack

Or a massive pay off; which of course, would also require a dilution 😂

Looking at the interims the growth is coming from the US customer which was onboarded by SOH. The company itself wouldn't exist or currently be growing as it is so no not sure about that Parsons. As far as I can see SA has only added costs to the company and heavy dilution. Youd however hope the investments SA has made should deliver good growth ahead.

Well from my perspective I met SOH probably 5 years ago and took an instant dislike to him. He was not attentive and was full of himself. I am now invested in PBX and SBTX and I am happy with the management of both. I very recently dipped my toe once again into OPTI which have continued to fall ever since !!! The only remaining problem with the group is the fact that SOH is still involved IMHO
