Given the week status of Capita. They can go all in with aggressive bid between 20-25 Pence. Because they know that senior manager has already destroyed this company and do not have the ability to run this complex business. If senior management continues for another year they will bring this company into administration.

Senior Management have been disappointing the shareholder for more than 10 years. None of them have the ability to run this company. SERCO should take over Capita, Remove all current incompetent Management and run this company as they are successfully running Serco.

Just an Interesting point as CEO/CFO have bought shares and have Vested interests on Targets.

Piku it's all about company loosing revenues, loss widen & debt is going up , that's why share price is here. Nothing to do other than factor. Loads of companies are surging

davidbennett you are correct Capital Markets Event 13 June 2024. My bad working on another company date mix-up. Thanks for pointing that out. I shall adjust that now and update it.
