      Blavod Extreme Spirits Further Increases Its Distribution in Florida
             ABC Fine Wine & Spirits will carry Blavod Black Vodka

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - July 14, 2005 - Blavod Extreme Spirits (LSE:BES) announced
today that ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, the country's largest privately owned fine
wine and spirits merchant with 150 stores throughout Florida, will begin selling
Blavod Black Vodka.  This announcement greatly increases BES' presence in the
important Florida market.
