No announcement haff1, i did a bit of diplomatic digging, we can only wait and see now. I will prefer any ideas they have, which will be far better than what we have now imo , Oblivion and our investements lost.

All is not lost just yet There is a BoD meeting next month to discuss i assume, further possibilitys. Dont throw your share certificates away in the foreseeable future !!

alby, probably a good idea if you contact someone who knows what the current state of play is. As a non holder, I wish you and all other holders the very best of luck, as you deserve better IMO.

Also one must bear in mind the fundraseing effort (two attempts) failed to get enough cash. And my additional investment was refunded by barclays as a non runner.
It is a shame for us all, me especially as i now hold 6 of these "Non Runners/dead ducks"

And it would certainly help if they had some plans! As I've mentioned before, at least Eirx have had actual proposals for us to evaluate before subscribing. Zyz had none.

What they should do (IMO) is advertise what their plans are better to PI's to get them to invest.

I have just spoken to Mr Battersby on the phone, and he says that the Directors are still seeking a way of resuscitating Zyz., so all is not yet completely lost.
