Terms: OPEN OFFER Following on from the previous Open Offer, total applications for 22,283,818 Ordinary
Shares were received at a total subscription price of GBP 60,243.12. This was less than the minimum subscription
level required and the offer has accordingly now lapsed. The company is now making a new offer to shareholders
to apply for any number of Ordinary shares they wish at a price of 25 pence per share. The maximum number of
Ordinary shares available in the new offer is 1,129,158,658 and in the event of oversubscription, applications may
be subject to possible scale back by the company. Applications already made in respect of the earlier Open Offer
will be valid for the New Offer. If you would like to apply for any new shares (Please note this will be in addition to
any previous application), or you wish to withdraw an application made under the earlier Open Offer please elect
online where available or else notify us in writing by secure message or letter no later than 5pm on 5 June 2011,
stating how many shares you wish to apply for or to withdraw

To the best of my ability.
New stratergy.
Co to aquire investments to the value of £200,000 by issue of shares at 0.25,they have identified sveral investments which appear suitable therefore they only now require 150,000 in cash to list.Old offer lapsed new offer shares at 0.25 as before amount not dependent on present holdins unless oversubscribed.Offer conditional upon Co entering into binding agreement to aquire investments to value of about 200,000.Seeking investment from other sources so as to ensure minimum subscription level is achieved.A lot of work towards listing already done if successful hope to list in july.Thats the best I can do in time available hope there are no large errors.best of luck.

Offer extended to 17TH June only raised 60,000 from last effort .I think it said trying to raise more elsewhere and list on plus.Sorry no time to read properly will post more when I get time if noboady posts more detail before I have time.

I actually bought a few (small amount) more,i thought better them going than worthless shares. they show on my barclays account as ZYZGY Assented seperatly listed.As to what happens next i have no idea at all.
I have the 10 to 1 split on the main ones

x 0.25p = 250,000

That is correct I hold my shares in certificated form and my entitlement is what I hold after consolidation.

Good evening O.D, Barclays said the basic entitlement was what i held now after 10 to 1 was 12700 shares that equates to around £37, so i topped it up to around 130 pound which they said was around 40000 shares. I hope they got it right and i have not bought £40000 worth !!!

alby I think your basic entitlement was the number of shares you held b4 the consolidation not the number after. So 130 quids worth is probably 1/10th of that no?

Anyhow I can decide, ALSO.

Does anyone actually trade well on plus anyhow?

Wenlynn - if you go to Zyzygy.co.uk, announcements and newsflow, and 10th April 2011, you can download an application form (Zyzygy App For pdf), without need to use a broker, presumably.

Just put my order for basic entitlement and a little excess application,if we have a small chance of sucess it's far better than worthless paper we held before. 40000 approx shares set me back around 130 pounds, that being all i can afford at present.

Well although I have not invested more due to lack of info they must have some plan if directors are buying and a new investor is on board ,even if only for a small amount,just cant see what it is at the moment.
