ZYZ is still alive, but the potential deal they are looking at is taking longer than they had hoped. Sounds like a few heads need banging together!

EIRX are looking to add to their pipeline, but nothing concrete to add at the moment.

Akramms, although the Company may have been "capitaised" at over £2m, according to the 2011 accounts, my reading is that they had only £51 cash at the end of June, had debts of £28,425 and assets of only £15,000. Would Tilton please give us an expert opinion on this,especially in view of his 4453?

Thanks for the link, Chinese. I see this is dated 9th Sept. 2011, so Zyz was expected to join Plus last month. And, are you saying that you have discovered that Zyz has no debts, or BWA? Surely, all we as shareholders are concerned, it is how Zyz itself is doing, rather than BWA?

When BWA do another ZYZ Rights Issue (or Open Offer) then, because there are no Liabilities, they may be more successful than last time.

It appears the Creditors (Billam, Hire etc) have been given Shares.
Therefore the Company has no liabilities.

If you look aqt BWA Group's website, there are more up-to-date accounts (in fact for the 6 months ending 31st October 2011), showing a loss of £37,968. To some extent they blame this on:
"The knock-on effects of the Extraordinary General Meeting requisitioned by certain shareholders on 31 March 2011 was evident in this period as the time of the Directors, all of whom are non-executive, was diverted to deal with that matter, rather than seeking the new opportunity the Company needs.", and, in fact they show a profit of £73,459 for the year ended 30th April 2011.

They raised £18,390 through an open offer on 5th January this year.

I wonder if the BBC have actually bought Tronji?
